Smart TV that automatically logged you out of anything you signed in to, everyday. The Staff was very courteous and accommodating. The breakfast was a hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, turkey sausage, and bacon. There were also pastries and oatmeal. There was more to but I didn't pay attention to it. Hot chocolate, hot tea, and coffee were available 24/7

There we're only bathtubs in rooms with double Queen beds, not King rooms. The pool was out of commission BUT they are doing everything they can to fix it.

Friendly staff, clean hotel, overall great experience. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a hotel in the Salem area. The staff went above and beyond. The breakfast was great with a big selection, and there was hot coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available all the time. The price was very reasonable. No complaints from us, and we’re picky about hotels, especially when it comes to cleanliness and friendly staff.

Location was good. Near the freeway but no noise from it. Breakfast was ok. The exact same every day. Boring. Plenty of room to walk the dog. They accept pets.

The beds are so uncomfortable. This has been the same for every La Quinta I've stayed in. The pet fees are starting to get a little pricey. I know some people let their animals trash the place, but I don't, and I feel I'm getting penalized for other people's bad behavior.

Convenient location for our needs. Front staff was pleasant and efficient to work with. Cleaning staff was great, but need more soap. No problem since cleaning staff provided more, but should not have to ask.

Breakfast was just okay. Breakfast items were too limited. Coffee was just ok. Waffle batter was watered down so could not use. Need more tables. Unfortunately, too many patrons cannot cleanup after themselves, so the staff, as good as they tried, could not clean off the tables for the incoming breakfast patrons.

My daughter loved everything but....

So I book a room for my daughter.... My Daughter.... "I didn't get the room I booked so they decided to put me in a more expensive room ... and didn't even ask if it was ok with me... Just told me that it was the only room left ... I found out later that was a lie because the room she put me in didn't have a working ac... so we were moved to a different room ... she told us that our room was the very last in the whole building an hour before this .... her name was Sandra

Location. Hotel is situated near highway and shopping centre. Easy access. Shopping outlet is half hour away. Room. Room is clean inside but outside some places smells bad. Bed is comfortable as well as pillows. Breakfast. Great all-you-can-eat breakfast is well enough.

Hall during breakfast time is crowdy. Nothing else bad I can say.

The manager let me check in early. She was very nice and helpful when I needed to print things. The room is standard, as expected. Location is across the street from another large hotel - it's a business/ small office park area.

This room was definitely a smoking room in the past. The smell is faint but it's there.

I liked everything about the room it was beautiful very comfortable bedding love the feather pillows.

Can't complain too much about what I didn't like except for the noise that you could hear in the hallway every time somebody went by your door that was the only thing that I had complained about.

Your confirmation said I could pay in cash at the hotel BUT they didn’t accept cash They charged 100$us as deposit I has very disappointed You should’ve verified first the conditions of their policies BAD shock upon arrival not accepting cash!!!

The property was kept up the grounds were clean everything worked the staff was beyond friendly they went above and beyond they call of duty fantastic breakfast five stars

I think the prices could be a little better having direct competition 75 ft away overall a fantastic place
