Great remodel, rooms are clean and fresh. I had stayed her several time prior to the remodel, so I know what has changed. I am surprised the entire place seemed to be recarpeted except for the elevators?? That's odd.

The breakfast buffet is good if you are only there one night, if you are there multiple nights or weeks in a row, it is less than desirable. The cereal options are sweet or unfulfilling (Residence Inn next door offers granola, which would be a great addition). The egg options are limited, no hard boiled eggs, or breakfast sandwiches, just watery scrambled eggs and little souffles occassionally. I have never seen bacon, and the waffles never seem to be an option (maybe they are on weekends only?) Would be nice to even get some canned fruit, like peaches, as an option.

The AC was right next to the bed and it was loud. We did not have daily maid service presumably due to Covid, but I think it was more because of staff shortages. Not having daily made service was not a big deal for us. The location is great with quick and easy access to I93 and I95, as well as many good restaurants. The hotel is located in an office park, close to a river, so there are many nice places to walk. It was a great value, with breakfast (and really good coffee) included in room rate.

It was very clean. The room was very nice, and was exactly as described. This room had everything you could need. There was complementary breakfast, which was good. The TV was right in the middle of the room so you could swivel it to the couch area or bed area. The channel guide was understandable and the sleep timer function worked. LOOOOOOOOOOVE that check out time was noon!!!

It was a little difficult to find, tucked off into a slightly wooded area. It was really convenient to anywhere, like stores and restaurants. The parking was a little tight…..almost thought we were going to have a spot to park in. I was running the ac in the room and the carpet was wet when i got into bed.

Nice Bed and breakfast

Some unwanted guests with so many kids at the lobby areas everyday during we stayed so couldn't able to use the area. Some kind of housing crisis people was taking over the lobby whole afternoon for several days. One minus thing in our room is no hooks so couldn't hang pants

the shampoo has tea tree oil in it, which is really bad for natural hair dyes. It bleached my hair a bit. Also, I had someone above me with heavy footsteps That walked back and forth all day and night. The hotel was able to change my room and offered a free bottle of water for the inconvenience, which was very nice. I hope that it's just an isolated incidence. The price is higher than usual, which I didn't reflect it in my rating, that's because everyone else's are higher too. So it's probably seasonal or just reflecting on the general inflation that's rampant throughout the country.

I dont really have a gripe honestly.. everything was tip top (only thing was water pressure but even with that it wasn't horrible.)

I thoroughly enjoy our stay. Room was very clean. Big enough for us all.. (most places we stay are tiny just 2 beds) but I loved the pull.out couch plus the 2 full beds.. bathroom was decent size.. everyrhing was fresh and clean... we will definatly be back.. plus the price a nice wasn't like everyother hotel trying to rip you off.. cant beat 100 a night for all that room and cleanliness.

Very clean. Appeared newly renovated. Continental breakfast with great coffee. Easy highway access to Canobie Lake Park about 15 min away. Requests were quickly & pleasantly met.

The room was very clean and comfortable. I also enjoyed how friendly and helpful the staff were. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, gas stations, and to lower New Hampshire. My room was a king suite.
