Second time staying here. Love the gracious hospitality of the innkeepers, Claire and Robin. Breakfasts are outstanding. Claire's muffins and scones are prizeworthy. Each morning, a delicious full breakfast with wonderful coffee and a baked goodie too is served at private tables in the dining room. A complimentary glass of wine in the evening is another nice touch. The living room is beautiful and you're welcome to make yourself at home there. The innkeepers provide what you need but have just the right sense of what is enough. In other words, they are utterly thoughtful without being overbearing. Toiletries are highest quality as are linens. Pillows so comfortable. Decor is charming. Grounds are beautiful too, and while we didn't get to use it, there's a lovely back screened porch for sitting out.

Lovely Property. Excellent breakfast in the garden every morning, whilst watching the wildlife. ( birds including humming birds, squirrels and chipmunks) The breakfast could have been a little more varied ; perhaps with a little more savoury food. Excellent hosts who were very helpful - even carrying our cases up to our room.

We had two rooms. One of our rooms was excellent, whilst the other was very small. Two of us were in the small twin room, which was very cramped and awkward. The two single beds should have been in the larger room. One of the single beds was also very uncomfortable .As no chair was easy to use in this room, we had to sit on the beds. The problem was that you kept sliding off the bed - it was far too soft!

It was easy to find off the highway and not far from the main strip in Yarmouth with businesses and restaurants around. The breakfast was homemade and coffee was hot and waiting for us each morning. I also liked the complimentary water and drinks.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but the heat and hot water were perfect, and the house was full of charm and beauty. The floors were a little crooked but that adds to the charm and the wood floors were splendid.

We adored the Village Inn! We had a room that worked perfectly for our family of four. Claire and Robin were so welcoming and had wonderful suggestions for things to do in the area and know all the ins and outs of the ferries, parking, restaurants, beaches, etc. They have beach chairs and towels available which was really handy. Breakfast was amazing each day. We also enjoyed sitting in the porch with a beverage in the evening and visiting with the other guests. We highly recommend the Village Inn.

A beautiful sea captain’s house. Robin and Claire were excellent hosts. Robin gave us good dining and walking recommendations, and Claire gave us fresh milk for our tea. We really liked the tea/coffee station and the very generous wine/beers/drinks in the fridge. Breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. The house was in a great location for local shops and exploring the area.

The Inn was located perfectly. Easy access to all the areas we wanted to get too. Our host Robin and Claire were very friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfasts were delicious. The room had a historic feel but all the modern conveniences you would need for a stay. . Wonderful stay, would stay again.

Bed was comfortable but if you need a very firm mattress you should ask the hosts. This is not a complaint, if you plan on doing some bike riding make sure you ask Robin if you can store the bikes.

Absolutely loved every single thing. This was one of my favourite stays ever. The B&B has so much charm. The rooms are a good size and so clean. The beds felt like clouds and the bedding was the softest I have ever felt. Claire was an absolute star, she welcomed us as soon as we parked and gave us excellent and useful recommendations on stuff to do nearby. Claire also made the most delicious breakfast for us - those scones were insanely good! I was so sad to leave! We can’t wait to return!

Robin and Clare are delightful and very welcoming going out of their way to provide great advice on where to eat and where to visit. The breakfasts were excellent/delicious and we loved the extra touch of offering complementary beverages including wine, beer and chocolates! Highly recommended for anyone who wishes to visit and explore Cape Cod.

The breakfast was terrific! Though for me it was more than I usually eat so I took some with me for a snack (like a scone). The common spaces were very nicely decorated and very comfortable for sitting and reading.

No problems with the INN. It was lovely and I'd come again. However, I thought booking.com sent TOO MANY emails reminding me of my stay, sometimes 2x/day. And they asked for feedback before I even arrived! The emails from Village Inn were fine as it contained pertinent info, but there were way too many reminders from Booking.com filling up my IN box.

Assistance with luggage. The innkeepers were very accommodating with food sensitivities.

We were not quite prepared for the extent of stair climbing, since we are both somewhat handicapped. We come from a state where everything is handicapped "accessible". This inn would be impossible to completely accommodate handicapped, and this should be mentioned in the listing.
