Best Western Plus of Birch Run/Frankenmuth

We like having the pool and the hot tub, it was nice having breakfast, Personnel was very nice very personal.Rooms we're clean and nice having air conditioning I like the amount of bathrooms that you have around the facility, but should be offered more towels when we're in the pool area, I liked having the sink separate from the toilet and shower, it was a nice that we left a note to lady who cleaned their room she left me shampoo and conditioner

I would have liked to have breakfast last longer, some people like to sleep in on vacation. Didn't like the containers in the shower for shampoo conditioner and soap not their fault but they didn't work I would rather have the little bars of soap and shampoo. Air conditioning was a little loud but it was nice as hot as it was , wish the refrigerator could have been a tad wider but it was nice to at least have one, but we had to put our food in side ways. Could have used two towels per person per day to take showers, wondered why the pillows are so small what happened to bigger pillows?

We were pleasantly surprised with how spacious the room was. The beds were comfortable and the location of the hotel was perfect. 2 minutes to the outlet mall, beside a grocery store and only 10 minutes from Frankenmuth with lots of restaurants around you.

The only downside was the pool hours. It doesn't open until 10, and with a kid who likes to get up to take advantage of the pool before check out, that wasn't possible with the late open.

Check in was quick and easy, property was clean and well maintained inside and out, we enjoyed having a bar available as many places nearby seem to close early. The bartender and rest of the staff were super friendly.

The mini fridge was not secured to the cabinet it was in - it would nearly fall out each time we opened it, a minor inconvenience to us but could be a safety issue for those traveling with very small kids.

Excellent staff - very friendly - bed very comfortable- lots of hot water- very clean - definitely won’t go hungry with amount of breakfast offered- great location-

Need better variety of toppings for waffles - hot option was same 2 days in a row- wifi buffered too much when streaming- hot tub not hot enough and jets have uneven pressure- also hot tub could be cleaner- could use parking lot re paved

Room was very clean, pool was clean, staff was super nice and helpful!!!! the lounge was adorable and the food was great. This hotel is a lot nicer than some of the other ones in the area. we enjoyed our stay for sure!

our room was directly next to the pool and it was pretty loud other than that, no complaints.

It was a very well kept hotel. The lounge was very inviting. A very good stay, comfortable rooms and a great bed! Had a good night’s rest!

There could have been a little more selection for breakfast. It seemed that the featured item was biscuits and gravy which didn’t appeal to me.

Breakfast was great! The dining room and lobby were inviting and cosy. Rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were lovely and helpful. The gym was small but the cardio machines were in good working order. Very close to the outlet mall, theater and Tony’s. Just 10 min away from Frankenmuth as well. Will definitely stay there again.

The room was very clean and comfortable I also like the fact that you could step outside of the room out to a balcony

Not enough tiles in the bathroom had to get fresh towels everyday of my stay the hot tub needed some repairs the Jets didn't work properly

Staff was helpful and kind. Rooms, lobby, and hallways were clean. The lounge was nice and serve an nice meal, and the bartender went out of her way to talk with us and split our meal for us as we were hungry, but a full meal between us would have been to much since we ate the chicken dinner in town hours before.

I do not think anything, everything was wonderful. Coffee was always available, breakfast was good, even though it was a little different due to the new rules we must all adjust to. But I notice if you didn't get enough, or just wanted seconds as some of the guest, you were able to do that.

It's clean and the staff is kind and professional. They go out of their way to help you. They have an excellent full hot breakfast (the cooks are great) and they have a beautiful bar area and courtyard. We would come back again any day!!

The turn to go in the hotel is wonky and needs to be fixed and more signs needs to be put up to tell you where the hotel is. We almost miss it every time. The pools a little cold, but it's nice in that pool area. I would suggest a heater and some kind of floaties or pool noodles for kids and adults who are older and have disabilities.
