Very comfortable bed and pillows. Nice pool and hot tub area. Friendly staff

Clean bed sheets/room, loved the fridge, and the bathroom ledge under the mirror. Also, breakfast attendant who mopped the floors was very courteous and pleasant when I wanted to microwave some food after breakfast hours!

Air quality in the hotel was very humid and slight musty smell in hallways and in room. Not THAT unpleasant but definitely not the most comfortable. It was not as humid outside. As soon as we walked in the air quality was different, more humid.

Excellent location to Premium Outlets, Frankenmuth, Saginaw etc. Friendly staff. Ok breakfast. Beds were very comfortable. Nice room and bathroom. Was quiet as well. Didn’t hear doors banging ever like some other hotels.

Breakfast was ok. Tea selection was poor. Did not get any room cleaning for some reason. We stayed 2 nights. Hallway ceilings are low and the carpet was outdated.

We choose to stay here as our son is an OTR truck driver and was going to be in the Burch Run area for a delivery. We decided to meet up with him as we haven't seen him in 2 years. He stayed in the room with us for the night. The lady at the reception desk was fantastic! Friendly and professional. Too bad I didn't get her name to mention her in this survey. Room was comfortable and clean.

Everything was excellent and welcoming from the moment we walked through the door with customer service. Tye who works at the front desk was awesome and very helpful. I would mention more names but cant remember them all. Everyone was welcoming and helpful. My son thoroughly enjoyed himself at the hotel which doesnt include all the other activities he experienced at Frankenmuth. The food was excellent, the pool was clean and had comfortable seating around the pool, the rooms were clean, housekeeping was very helpful and friendly, excellent location with alot of restaurants nearby, movie theater right next door, free self-parking, and quiet environment. My rating is 10/10. This hotel is on the right track with fair pricing and good employees. Please continue to treat them well. All employees seemed happy as if they care and respect what they do. Too busy having fun to take alot of pictures but we will return when we visit Frankenmuth again. See you soon💞

Clean and tidy everywhere .

There was a strong smell of mould in the hallways and especially at the back entrance from the parking lot. In the main hallways there was a strong scent of something like a disinfectant. You could definitely still smell an underlying awful smell , like the carpets maybe harboured mould , or extermination chemicals.

The front desk & housekeeping Staff was courteous and friendly. The rooms were clean which is very important to us.

The driveway or street was very confusing. We were looking at the signage and using GPS only to turn at the wrong place. I'm not sure I would call it a street but rather the KFC parking lot was filled with potholes. The area where the breakfast is served is very small and congested. The woman working there was grumpy and unhelpful.

Great location and close to many restaurants and the outlet stores.

Not that we had any issue with it on this stay. However, in the past when staying at other hotel chains that have a policy to allow dogs and or cats we didn’t have a good experience with it. So I’m not sure this is a good new policy to start especially when just got doing renovations.

We were impressed with the kind professionalism of the staff. Especially Quinn she saw we were struggling with our luggage and brought us out a cart. She was very kind and helpful throughout our stay there. The Breakfast was exceptional it was SO GOOD!! The rooms super clean and comfy and very spacious we had a double queen room. We will definitely be staying here again.

The pool was to cold for us. The hot tub was nice.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the staff were really nice. There was a check in issue, the computers went down, but after that everything went smoothly.

The driveway and street leading up to the hotel are full of potholes.
