The staff was very professional, kind and helpful. Called to ask questions about food and the man who answered put me on hold quickly, and then got back on and listed everything on the breakfast buffet. I was trying to plan accordingly since traveling with two little kids. The beds were cozy and room was very quiet. Everyone working actually seemed on the clock and happy to be working, not just there. Saying hello, cleaning up, friendly explanation of it all. Upon checkout, the lady even offered my kids a treat from the store, came and took our luggage rack from our car. It's little stuff but makes the stay actually feel like a guest and being serviced. The breakfast food was VERY good and had a lot of variety for the breakfast included in your stay. Such a nice perk and a reason to stay at the Hilton Garden Inns. Pool was perfect temperature, clean and pretty with all the color changing lights, windows and indoor/outdoor hot tub.

Please add smart TVs! I was shocked to see no ability to log into a streaming account, most hotels I've stayed at in the last few years, always have this. Satellite TV and all the commercials is the worst, especially traveling with kids AND OR just looking to have an evening in and relax if out and about all day. There were a few stains on the carpet that were left by someone before us and didn't look like it was attempted to be cleaned in time by guest or the housekeeping service missed it somehow/? There was hardened stuck chocolate and a big red spill stain.

Everything was great. The pool and hot tub were phenomenal and very nice, clean, in good repair and very relaxing with the salt water. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was also decent. Nothing spectacular, but very satisfying and fresh.

I had trouble paying with a travel gift card and was unable to resolve the payment problem during my stay. I've made several phone calls and was told I had to call back on Monday when the general manager is there because between the travel card company and the front desk ladies, nobody can figure out why my card was declined so I had to pay with my debit card which was a cost I was not prepared for and the whole point of the stay was because I had this travel gift card to use from my husband's company, so that is extremely frustrating.

The place had good atmosphere and a good vibe. There was a sense that the staff understood our needs and could manage what we wanted. I also liked the facility and room. If I was to return I would come here.

The stay could have been longer. Also I was also confused by the if any of the food was actually part of the room price. It was but I feel that was not explained. I would say the pool could have been bigger perhaps.

if you have a car it is a great location, close to downtown and to the airport. it was clean and we had a nice room with a balcony which is always a plus so you don’t feel so claustrophobic. The outside seating areas were an added bonus.

some of the staff were not so friendly and in fact quite abrupt, especially in the evening when ordering food and drinks. The cleaning crew were very friendly and pleasant.

The hotel was great. There were a ton of kids running the halls, but that's not the fault of the hotel. Hot tub was awesome! Overall, very good experience and would go back.

The coffee in the lobby was pretty gross I would have liked to received a free breakfast for the price of the room, but we knew what we were getting when we paid for the room.

I love the manager there she made sure I had everything I needed and made me feel very very welcome she was of great help and along with Jon I don’t think they get paid enough they were quite amazing and so very respectful to me. I will be back soon too because of the hospitality.

That the pool closes at 12. What about all the parents that want a break too after putting there kids to bed it should be only 21 plus at the pool, the adults still need to have some fun in the hot tub and pool too without worrying about one of there kids drowning or getting there head relaxation

Upon arrival around 4:30 I was informed that my room was not ready due to "We got busy" and it would take over an hour for the room to be ready. They then moved me and my family to an open room. This was great because we needed a rest from being at the John Ball Zoo all day. The next morning the breakfast staff was very pleasant particularly the gentleman in charge of cleaning up tables and refilling the beverages. He was very kind to my children.

Hotel was beautiful and well maintained. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The pool was well taken care of and the hotel was easy to find and had lots of great places to relax and unwind!

I didn't like that breakfast wasn't included in the price of the room.

LOVED the pool and hot tub. The hot tub was indoor/outdoor but still hot and we loved it. The best part is everything was open until midnight.

It's pretty expensive and they don't provide breakfast. We usually stay at the Drury and they have a light dinner, drinks and breakfast for less than this hotel, a nice pool and great rooms. The Drury also has a nice hot tub. We will probably still continue to stay there, but I'm glad we checked out the Garden Inn.

-bathroom door (sliding barn door type) didn’t have a lock. there was a slide that did t line up with the hole in the door. -only mirror outside of the bathroom was on the back of the bathroom slider door.
