I liked that during the happy hour from 5:30 to 7pm there was also popcorn for the kids, felt very family freindly, also that it is pet friendly was a plus!

I booked a king suite room with what said had hot tub "access" because I wanted a hot tub in our room, the room was very nice however, for the price I was VERY disappointed there was not a hot tub in the room. my husband is a larger man and does not hot tub in public.

The staff was extremely friendly. The room was fantastic...very clean and roomy. The king size bed was really comfortable. The included breakfast was really nice. The free drinks and food in the evening was a huge hit with our group. It was not just snack food. You could make a complete meal out of the evening food. The free breakfast and the free drinks and food in the evening saved us enough money to almost cover the cost of the room. The young staff working the bar/food bar were fantastic!!!!

The pool area had a really strong smell of chlorine. It was much better our second night, but the first night you could hardly breathe when walking through to the outside deck!

The check-in was definitely my top 5 EVER greatest check-in's. Smooth and fast! The dinner and drinks offer was fabulous! I had no idea when I booked this we were getting both a fabulous dinner and breakfast! The entire place was SUPER clean too, which is a HUGE bonus for us! From the moment we walked in, thru the lobby, to the elevator and up to our room! Perfection!!! I believe Sarah is who cleaned our room and it was spotless and smelled fresh!

The pool area was overcrowded and a group of young high school students decided it would be fun to run from the other side of the hot tub and run into the pool. Unfortunately, one of the high school students landed on a little girl, probably 8 or 9 (right on her head) and not one parent with either group said anything. So, I did. I did tell the front desk lady that I was the meanie in the pool area that made everyone stop running and jumping. Playing like that around/in water is no joke. It clearly says no diving, running, etc., but I guess the rules did not apply to them. The staff were SUPER busy, so I get that. I just think parents need to watch their children if they are going to use the pool, PERIOD! Be in control of your children.

The place was spotless, and the kickbacks were awesome! All of the staff were overly friendly and I loved that!

We bought the last bottle of milk at the small little concession area by the front desk, and we could have really use another bottle, but they were all out. I had a two-year-old with me who likes to drink milk when it’s time to go to sleep.

The staff were all friendly and accommodating. We came in during an ice storm and they let us check in early after our plans were canceled. The late afternoon food and drinks were an awesome surprise. The pool and hot tub were great. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfy. We will definitely be staying again.

We liked everything, including the happy hour with free drinks/food (which included sliders, beans, salad and chips/dip) as wells as the varied buffet breakfast. The location is great, right off I-96, facility was clean and well kept. This is best hotel near the airport, all things considered.

Property was CLEAN! Beds were comfortable. staff was incredibly friendly. Breakfast was excellent considering it was hotel produced. Free drinks and appetizers in the evening were a major bonus!

hotel was at capacity so it was busy. but that’s not the hotels fault. staff handled the business incredibly well.

There was plenty of space in our room, staff was very kind and friendly, and we loved the kick back! The kick back is not very common, it had kid friendly foods, and plenty of room for guest to sit and eat. We were traveling with a sports team and we had plenty of room.

Had to sign a paper if you were going to use pool with what you could and could not do in the pool. Kids were still doing cannon balls into pool and staff really was not controlling the situation. That was my only complaint.

Breakfast was very good,, however had the same everyday for 3 days. LOCATION WAS GREAT FOR OUR VISIT The evening cocktail party was nice however we missed 2 by several minutes. The first night was fine because we were available at 530. The other two we returned around 7 and they were closed down.

I chose to have housekeeping visit our room during our 4 day stay. The first day, the bed was made and fresh towels. The next 2 days we saw nobody. No towels, no coffee, no contact. The bed was not made and dirty towels still in the tub, the manager was contacted and delivered fresh towels to our room. She also mentioned that I was to inform them at check in if we wanted housekeeping, WE DiD.
