Quality Inn

at the grand blanc location Ashley was working front counter. she's such a friendly person. very down to earth and easy to chat with. we are pretty low maintenance and don't need much but extra towels and a toothbrush lol I had both items in a matter of a couple mins. she gave excellent service. I think she deserves a raise. ❤❤❤thank you Ashley . great location also😊

I like the amenities in the room. I use the fridge, microwave and coffee maker for my special health plan. I also appreciate the usb outlets, and the mattresses are comfortable here.

The breakfast room had no lights on so I wasn’t sure if it was open. Not very inviting. The selection was very limited. Personally, I would have preferred a source of protein. (Hard boiled eggs) Lots of sugar options. Maybe something to toast besides bread, like bagels or waffles. Offer peanut butter with the jelly. I understand limitations with Covid but a couple changes would upgrade immensely.

We’ve stayed here many times when it was a Comfort Inn. The staff was so friendly and helpful especially Sabrina and the gentleman who worked the front desk at night. The pool was crystal clear.

I wish that breakfast was served between 7 - 10 instead of 6 - 9 .

Staff were super nice, helpful and friendly. Also the hotel is so clean, I've never seen so many housekeepers. The room was comfortable and the location is PERFECT. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend others to as well.

Only complaint was the keys deactivated each day, which we would have to walk around the building (muddy) to have keys rekeyed. Only worked on Day 1 and the lady night here.

Breakfast was okay. Not terrible but not expansive. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean.

Longer pool hours for the kids. The pool closes at 8:00 which is pretty early when you are on vacation.

I liked the tissue they choose to use. I had a runny nose, and it's the most luxurious, soft tissue I have ever used. ,

I didn't like that the pictures were screwed to the wall. I usually take 1 or 2 with me when I leave. I was highly disappointed to find them securely fastened to the wall. Instead, I took the comforter. My wife is fairly large, so I made her a dress. It's so cute!!!

The property was in a good location for my trip. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The property needs a little more parking. The room for breakfast was small. The hotel was crowded so it was difficult to get breakfast there.

We like the service that we got cuz if we ask for something they had it for us we had no problems

We liked the clean room and the entrances where we was going in and out and the little room they had for you to have certain things for breakfast it was not a full breakfast but it was clean and cozy

Breakfast was basic, but comparable to other hotels in this range. We especially liked having a microwave and fridge in the room so we could eat up leftovers from our lunch later in the day.
