i've bbeen here for about a month working, and the breakfast menu is the same sausage or ham every other morning. Maybe a switch up with bacon and omlete could make the difference. I came in from work yesterday, and my room was SPOTLESS. I immediately went back to the front desk, and inquired who cleaned my room. I was told that the housekeeper was gone for the day, so I gave the frontdesk clerk $20.00 to give to the housekeeper.

Finally got to get a king suit and the Jacuzzi was amazing .

Not able to attach my fire stick but that wasn’t really a big deal, the small/ big deal was it’s been days since Valentine’s Day and me being a solo traveler, I got to see the after math of whoever was there for Valentine’s Day. Rose Petals that had been, there were still there, it was a tag under the bed from I’m assuming a night to remember lol, and some candy wrappers in the bathroom from when I did my walk through, I did tell a nice lady at the from desk, and I cleaned the room enough before I left so that I could get my deposit back and I didn’t wanna be help responsible for the people in there before me. Other than that, 10/10 experience.

Nice shower, good sized room, mattress very comfortable, refrigerator, coffee service, nice TV, well-heated room, plenty of electrical outlets, Internet access, nice table, swivel chair and corner chair, two door keys handed out at check-in, probably other things I can't think of now. Ah, yes, nearness to restaurants.

Lodging prices have been high everywhere, but I don't have to like it; prices seem to rise faster than inflation. The gray chair in the corner was not bad, but I would have liked a much higher back on it. I wish a place with all these features could have been closer to the State Recreation Area. And in a handicapped-accessible room, does the bed have to be that high? Put it all together, and there's a lot more to like than dislike.

because of housekeeping staff shortages, they only cleaned rooms for multiple stays every three days. I stayed seven days and only experienced one full cleaning. I had to request towels and extra tissues on night four when they still had not serviced my room. The night desk attendant did supply them promptly when requested.

From the moment we arrived and greeted by Laz and Autumn up until departure we had an amazing weekend celebrating our wedding Anniversary here in Grand Blanc everything was spotless and everyone was Exceptional Nice ..A very special thank you to Laz for taking our picture this made such a memorable time for us!!! We will definitely be back

Everything was Fantastic

The waffles were delicious. I had the king suite and it was so spacious and the bed was so comfortable! Even though the highway is right there, the room was very quiet. I loved how Applebees and Bob Evans was within walking distance.

I have nothing to complain about.

That was excellent..Our pull out sectional had dirty , soul spots on the cushions. We turned them over and the other side was nasty as well. Needs burned.. The rest is the room was nice..

I really like this hotel. It was updated and everything was as it should be: hot water, clean tub, great water pressure, LOVE the lighted mirror in the bathroom (took 10 years off my face!), white sheets and comforter on the bed = CLEAN. Soft pillows, quiet, dark rooms = great sleep.

The pool area was beautiful. The only problem was that I saw 2 kids slip on the tile in the pool and hit their heads. They should not have been running, but that tile needs some sort of texture added. It's a disaster waiting to happen.

Food!It was fine except the lights on my bathroom wasn’t working , but someone came up right away to fix it! Biggest complaint was better food. They just had Canadian bacon when we stayed,not much selection!

spacious rooms, good location

there was a dirty face cloth hanging on the shower curtain. The ac fan was very noisy. The sausage was boiled so it was just gray in color which was not appealing at all to eat. The eggs were over cooked. Good variety of muffins. Good variety and nice large area to enjoy breakfast.
