Nice breakfast and staff

A little sketchy in the back parking lot, a lot of people hanging out in cars and doing drugs. The ice machines were broke down had to go to the front desk to get ice. Fitness room did not open until 8:00 am - suggestion make a separate door to the fitness room that does not attach to the pool.

The staff was fantastic and very helpful. Our rooms were really nice and the beds were super comfortable. I really liked the sliding glass doors with the screen to the courtyard and your hotel is pet friendly.

This hotel needs some serious attention and updates. Need signs and floor plans put up to help customers find their way around the hotel and get to your pool, front desk, ect from their rooms. The courtyard was an absolute mess with very high weeds & a tree that looked like it had been cut down a while ago and was never removed. When in the courtyard looking into several windows or rooms, all you seen was stacked boxes, furniture, and messy rooms. Didn't care for the foam boards on the inside and outside windows of the hotel. The parking lot had crater sized potholes.

It was conveniently located to the events we were attending. The pool was nice and the front desk people were friendly

The AC in the room did not work very well. It never got very cool in the room even though we had the setting as high as the unit would go. We did not bring this to the front desk’s attention so that’s on us.

My girlfriends n I visit Lansing Ramada several times. Always welcoming and professional! Even with traveling issues on our side, your staff is patient and finds a way to accommodate us! We will be back n continue to recommend your establishment. May God continue to bless your Journey!

The rooms were very clean. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for a family of 6. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very friendly

The pool area had a ton of water on the floor. But the pool was clean and really warm. The ice machine was broken but the front desk gave us ice.

Very comfortable, staff was incredibly friendly. Comfortable room, decently clean, good breakfast buffet (free!).

The USB ports in our room didn't work for plugging in chargers. HOWEVER when we mentioned it at the front desk they gave us what appeared to be their personal charging block! Fantastic customer service. The room was very clean except for under the beds.

The staff was really nice and welcoming, especially the lady in the breakfast room. The room we got was really spacious and the beds were comfortable. The hotel itself is a bit outdated, but it has a nice flair to it. We enjoyed our stay there.

We were in rooms for pets. The sliding glass door to go outside has a steep drop to ground .would have been nice for stone paver. Parking lot a bit rough

Liked the work out area and pool to exercise. Nice sized bathroom.

The hot tub was closed. Couldn't use the treadmill saw a sign later that had to go to office to get a key. A little inconvenient.

Breakfast was great, staff was very friendly.

Wristbands for the pool. Children was losing them in the pool and a security person kept coming to check and saying kids had to leave the pool if there was no wristbands but they were at the bottom of the pool and they don’t allow you new wristbands you only get the one they give you.
