the room was great large and roomy, good shower pressure and the t.v. was the size that is needed. the bed was great and location couldn't have been better. the business center was simple to use.

the parking lot was good but it could of been planned different (had walk a long ways to the front door). lots of MJ being smoked on the balconies (don't like the smell). Big rigs parked on the street were in the way of getting in and out.

you allow pets and we have a very well behaved dog. location, so many good restaurants to choose from, near the hwy so it’s convenient to our activities, your breakfast foods include protein (I love the scrambled eggs and sausage) and more choices. #1 on my list is housekeeping. the ladies were always friendly and made sure we had plenty of towels etc, soap, tp, Kleenex etc. oh, yes, you’re close to Hobby Lobby!

the room smelled stale like it hadn’t been opened up or used for a while. someone was smoking in their room at night down the hallway.

Service was great, the room was clean, the pool was open (which REALLY helped my 4 year old get through a bunch of boring adult meetings since he could swim in-between to get his energy out appropriately), and even though the hotel was pretty far away from where we wanted it was at least super close to the highway and lots of restaurants, stores, etc. that helped make up for that.

The bed could have been a bit more comfy, especially the covers, but it was pretty standard for a decent hotel. Same thing with breakfast - definitely could be better but met what we'd expect from this kind of stay.

We booked the room to attend a Michigan State game. It was conveniently located but not too close to campus (we had kids with us). The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was tasty. The kids enjoyed the pool

It is a little outdated but we were expecting that when we booked based on photos. There was a stain on the chair cushion. The king bed was nice but the couch bed was not as comfy but it's a couch bed so they typically aren't.

The staff was amazing. Everyone working was extremely helpful, accommodating and friendly ..everyone from the front desk, house keeping and maintenance..I would stay here again based on the staff alone.

Very comfortable bed for a hotel! I loved having a balcony to watch the sunrise, that was the main reason we picked this hotel. Nice facility, well-kept, and friendly staff.

Availability of cookies! We didn't get any, and we checked a few times. Oh well!

Our stay was a bit noisy, disrespectful people leaving towels or trash through the hallways but it was quickly cleaned up.

the beds are very uncomfortable, I was sleeping on an air mattress for a week prior at a friends house and that was a lot more comfortable then sleeping on these mattresses. I stayed two nights and ended up have back pain.

I love being so close to the Horocks Market. Housekeeping was especially nice. The lobby is very nice and the room was comfortable and clean.

The key to our room was very difficult to use and we were never actually able to get the door open ourselves. It is a known problem to the staff, but continues to be a problem? They offered a different room, but this was the last king on the ground floor, which is what we requested.

The manager was very nice and we had a great conversation. She wanted me to spread the word to all contractors in the area so they would stay there. She even gave me a discount because I was there working at GM at the time.
