Location was very convenient. Easy access from and to the highway, and near a couple of eating options. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The bed was very comfortable, the TV had a good picture quality and sound, and the water pressure and hot water in the shower was very good.

The breakfast was okay, but not great. Cleanliness in the common areas could have been a little better.

The hotel was wonderful, the room was very clean and comfortable. Very sound proof, it felt like we were in our own little world.

The bed was VERY HARD. Not firm, HARD. There was almost no give to it at all. My hips and lower back were very sore in the morning. I've slept in a lot of hotels of varying levels of luxury, including ones that were glorified truck stops, and I've slept on uncomfortable beds, but I can't recall any that were this bad. It is, thankfully, the only bad thing I can really say about my stay.

Hotel was great, had a wonderful breakfast mini buffet with eggs and bacon and sausage depending on the day.

Lighting was awful. First floor large window facing the parking lot and it was not possible to close the blackout blinds. This lead to a large streetlight glaring directly into the bedroom lighting the place up like a Christmas party. If you struggle to sleep with light, make SURE to bring a blackout sleep mask.

The staff were very nice and friendly. The room was clean and good size for a double queen. The free breakfast was great as well. The whole stay was a wonderful experience. As a minority female, I felt safe and welcomed there.

With Covid the room was not cleaned daily. It would have been a perfect stay if we had fresh towels and coffee each day but I understood. I used booking.com. Apparently, this some how doubled up my reservation. One day I returned to my hotel and my key cards didn't work, when I returned to the lobby I was told that they were having issue with my reservation and it would be taking care of. They seemed to correct the problem and let me back in my room.

Staff was unbelievably helpful and nice, super clean and comfy beds. I wish i knew the woman who worked at night, she was an angel and id love to toss her a shout out. She deserves a raise! ;) Banging brekky, just like they used to do em precovid.

Location a bit off but that's only negative imo.

It was in close proximity to the church we were going to visit. It was less than 10 minutes away. The staff was courteous and professional.

When we first walked in there was kind of a musty, dank odor. But that just could have accumulated over time. The hotel was clean for the most part.

Room was amazing and staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was exceptional and so was the breakfast staff. We also enjoyed the pool.

The pool was a bit dirty when we used it at night and it hadn’t been cleaned when we returned. I do understand that is everyone is understaffed right now, but some clean towels would have been a help.

The staff was amazing! We arrived an hour before check in time and the staff went above and beyond trying to get us a room ready so we could hurry and change for an event. The beds were so comfortable and breakfast was very good!

Room was very spacious, the jacuzzi was amazing! 2 tvs, 1 in bedroom area and the other in sitting area but could watch from jacuzzi... Very clean and front desk was very nice

Pool was down was told it was working the night before. The breakfast choices Very poor, no cream, no fruit that wasn't rotten , Just need more healthy choices.
