customer service was outstanding!!!!!! friendly staff, very interactive! Main areas were clean and outside beach area was clean and nice. ice machine worked great! our room was clean. loved the beach area with lounge chairs amd fire pits. peaceful sunrises!

the rooms need a little care, ours the fridge wasn’t working, the sliding screen door was broke. the carpet had holes in it. there was no cord for the clock. this could be an amazing property with room maintenance. The patio outside our room could use a little table with the chairs.

Location was great. Short walk to everything. About a 20min walk to get downtown and easy access to get to Mackinaw bridge.

The pool area was not the best...the hot tub was out dated and needed to be replaced (inside) and the outside one was not even out of service.

Everyone was very helpful, a handicap chair broke for our bathroom and they brought us a new one very quickly. Staff was very nice.

We were expecting a breakfast bar but it was a grab & go instead. The bathtub didn't drain as well as expected and the fan in the bathroom didn't work well.

No breakfast Was a bit outdated and dirty other than the room. All windows were dirty. Couldn’t take pics through them. Many homemade fire pits on the beach and scattered in the sand

The room was very clean and looked neat. It even had a balcony that gave us some views on the water and the bridge. There is a pool. The price was amazing considering all those amenities.

Excellent location, walkable to everywhere on Huron street, next to the ferry to the island. It’s super convenient. Room we got was better than we were expecting. We got the water front room with the best view. Hotel is a bit of dated but everything went well. Love the hotel and hope we will have chance to come back again. I have left my money bag at the counter while asking for the laundry room when I was calling and ask if anyone sees it the receptionist said yes it’s here come and get it. It was very nice and honest of her. Thank you very much.

Very nice and helpful daytime front desk lady. She helped us with all our attraction tickets and answered all of our questions.This lady made our day. She needs a raise.

No breakfast. Gave a bottle of water, an apple, and granola bar. Had to go into town and pay for breakfast buffets. No fan in bathroom. Back door on my SUV had a 24 inch scratch across it that was not there when I parked there. It was parked against building so I thought that it would be safe. We never moved it the entire stay. Might want to look at your security footage. Not happy about paying a $500 deductible, but it is necessary. Not hotels fault. Must have been kids.

loved the beach area, convenient to the boat dock, and the spa area was great. staff very friendly and helpful.

The bed was hard. the back deck area could be so useful and inviting with a little attention. The hot tub by the pool wasn’t very good. The one in the room was awesome!

It is beautiful and comfortable. The temperature in the room was great. Unfortunately, the weather was rainy so we were exhausted early and didn’t get to enjoy the evening. Breakfast was wonderful!
