I like the location of the hotel and the staff was extremely helpful kind and courteous!!!

I would of liked even a continental breakfast. I think that would right with the other hotels that offer breakfast I was disappointed as I thought breakfast was included.

The front desk staff was amazing and friendly. The beach front was an amazing view. Great place overall.

The cleaning staff were not too friendly. And there was no turn down service, and when asked to bring fresh towels and take out the garbage they never went so I had to do it myself. Also there is no breakfast, which that would have been great if they did.

We loved the price considering it has a private beach area with chairs, tables and firepits plus an indoor water park! At the time of our visit the slides were not operating but we still had tons of fun in the lazy river, pool, hot tub and indoor pirate splash area (big enough for adults). Room was clean. Staff were always available and were friendly. They weren't sitting in the back room on their phones like other hotels we've been too.

We were a little disappointed that the slides weren't working. The room we were in could use a bit of a face lift just showing some signs of age. The refrigerator was a pain in the behind. It was inside of an armoire but the refrigerator door didn't like to stay shut.

very friendly staff. rooms were clean and accommodating, the view we had was amazing, right over the water you could see the island and the grand hotel along with the bridge. we were lucky enough to watch fireworks over the water right from our room.

half of the water park was closed, one of the main reasons we picked this hotel was the water park. there wasn’t much for vending so I would come prepared. also that’s all they had for breakfast we could find was coffee. it would have been nice to have a directory in our room. the staff was very nice but they were a little hard to understand their accents. and the price was a little steep for what we got out of it.

the staff was really nice and very informative..My family and i had a great time..we liked our rooms.. loved that it set on the beach. I do believe though next time I go back I would ask for Lakeview cuz them rooms look beautiful looking out over the water.

that the part of the water park that's for the kids wasn't in working order but the day we was leaving they got it back working. but we still had fun in the Lazy River the pool and the hot tub. my grandkids loved it

There wasn’t a breakfast offered. The room and hallways were pretty outdated but the view of Lake Huron was amazing. There was also a nice beach area with beach chairs and a fire ring on the beach. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The bedding, carpet, pull out sofa, etc were all very outdated so I feel the price was high for the room considering what it looked like inside. The bathroom sink barely drained and the pull out sofa was as hard as a rock. There were lots of mayflies but I don’t think that was the hotels fault, just part of Mackinaw.

The bed is the first hotel bed that has not hurt my back in the morning. It was super comfortable; I didn't think that was possible at hotels lol. Good view and loved that beach bon fires were an option.

It would be nice to have a microwave in the room vs just the lobby.

Did not have the breakfast left early morning. The hotel was very clean, what we like best about it was are four leged kids were welcomed. the staff was very friendly to them.

The room was very nice. The hotel was right on the water. It has a nice log cabin look outside and inside the rooms. The staff was very friendly.

We didn't get to use the water park the night we arrived. Online it said the park opened at 10am the next morning, so we waited around for an extra hour to use the park but it actually opened at 11am and we had to move on.
