Hampton Inn & Suites East Lansing

loved the friendly staff. cleanliness, gym, water dispenser, and comfortable bed. the shampoo and cream rinse and shower gel was a very nice touch.

our air conditioner whistled the entire night. very hard to go to sleep with the whistle and it was to hot to shut off. the bathroom light flickered like it needed to warm up.

Front desk staff were knowledgeable and super friendly! There was issue with a late room checkin that had multiple people listed to rent it *myself and sister* and it cause a lot of working to make sure she would be able to stay in same room both nights as her reservation the next night. A lot of computer work and stress but staff was very cheerful and worked hard to get it worked out. They kept complete communication while they worked every avenue of computer work. I appreciate the talking while working * ok I see the you have room for both tomorrow and she has room for tonight and you want to make it so she has same room so she dont have to check out and check in let's get this fixed.... so how was your trip in? And where are you coming from? What's the weather like? What brings you here?? Wow that's great! I want to go there some day.* I felt valid and important to them.

Elevator kinda wonky and super slow but I'm claustrophobic and as soon as Elevator stops I want doors open and off

this was such a clean hotel! everything was well taken care of. we didn’t use the facilities though, but the room, breakfast and breakfast area, as well as the grounds were well taken care of.

Hot, fresh coffee was available all day in the lobby. The breakfast area was large and fully stocked for the hot breakfast options. Lobby furniture was very comfortable. We loved the King Suite and spent lots of time in the pool and hot tub!

Due to Covid, breakfast was "grab and go" which was fine. It was nice to have a pool and hot tub to use, with a reservation! Nice, clean hotel

Due to Covid, breakfast was "grab and go" which was fine. However, since it was "grab and go" they could leave out passed 9 a.m.! It was nice to be able to use the pool and hot tub, but the staff needs better communication with the reservations. It was all overbooked and messed up. They were friendly about it...

While the facility was booked both nites of my stay, all staff were very friendly. It was apparent they were short handed but they were able to provide me anything I needed

No rooms were available for check in when I arrived at approximately 2PM. I had requested early check in and it was unavailable.

Was very clean and comfortable. Was great to have a nice hot breakfast and an open pool and hot tub

Went to use hot tub at like 9:30 pm and there was about 20 little kids in the hot tub, hard to relax and enjoy it. Would be great to be 18 and up from like 9 to 11.

We didn’t eat breakfast only because we had breakfast ready for us at our daughter’s home.

Can’t think of anything, other than price. Can always appreciate lower prices.

Bed was uncomfortable. Probably can't please everyone, but that bed was hard.

The room were very clean. We went to retrieve our breakfast brown bags and arrived about 15 mins late. The front desk checked and found us two bags for the road! I left my laptop charger in the room. I spoke with the manger , Sean, and he was soooooo helpful! He called three times to confirm it had been found, when he was able to send it, and to confirm I had received it. Sean was the best!
