The location was very convenient to activities and restaurants. The rooms were new construction with very large showers, clean room, hide-a-bed, and great views of downtown! There is even a Meijers Market next door if you need traveling supplies or food.

The hotel does not supply breakfast, there isn’t a pool, and the parking is hard to figure out. However, there is not a lack of parking spaces available.

This was such a perfect stay for our family and moving our daughter to MSU. The staff was accommodating and the ax were large enough for our family of 5 and all my daughter’s college move in items!

Bar and restaurant options within hotel were not impressive. Limited availability and very limited options

clean, modern, style. I loved the bathroom shower. the lighting was very functional with the automatic turn on and off in bathroom. the lighting in main room was well thought out. having an off switch by the bed is brilliant. noon checkout was much more convenient.

That the restaurant wasn’t open for lunch. with a noon checkout having lunch while waiting for an afternoon meeting would have been nice.

friendly and helpful staff; location was great and really loved the Meijer City Market underneath. Could walk to several highly rated restaurants and the Lansing Lug Nut stadium. If we didn't have a car we could have taken the bus. Easy driving distance to MSU campus and other local attractions.

It was very difficult to log onto the wifi - and when we called to ask for help, no one was available to help us. The only strange thing was there was only one luggage cart - the front desk employee said they kept getting stolen. So, they need to figure that out, as we had to use a food cart from the kitchen to transport our luggage on the day we checked out.

We did not eat at this location but we were within walking distance of many places we went. The hotel was absolutely gorgeous and very upscale! We felt pampered😊

My husband said the only problem he had was the pillows weren't firm enough but that to me is ainor issue.

Nice stylish rooms. Love the furniture and the thick comforter and comfy pillows. Fridge, microwave and coffee station all nicely tucked away in a stylish furniture unit. Nice lobby / bar area.

The view of the homeless mission across the street with homeless men lined up and hanging out was a bit disconcerting and jarring to look at from the lobby and our room.

No restaurant Do not take staff restaurant recommendations - nightmare experience from Cottage pizza. Then breakfast they recommended Soup something closed on Sundays. Booking charged $20 more after min awaiting their response.

Very friendly staff

I was on second floor. The people over me on the third floor were loud and heavy walkers. Especially bad early in the morning before I wanted to wake up.

The staff at this hotel was fabulous. Friendly, helpful and efficient. Top notch.

There is a charge for parking at this hotel, it does not come with your room fee, and that was not spelled out in the booking info.

Very nice location. The staff was very helpful. The room was very nice. A store in walking distance. It a good place to stay. Would definitely stay here again.
