second time staying at the property #1 All rooms are lake front, #2 free shuttles to the boats, #3 awesome pool, #4 room was clean, #5 no bugs spotted, #6 easy parking, #7 easy getting luggage to the room, #8 decent breakfast, #9 fire is set daily, #10 staff is awesome #11 rooms have direct tv #12 beds and pillows are great

the few things that I didn’t enjoy #1 Doors tend to slam loudly it triggers my PTSD. you can hear absolutely every door in the building. it’s like an earthquake. that’s usually what I wake up to lol. #3 peep hole in room 411 is cloudy #4 room darkness wasn’t the best. #5 no microwaves.

The beds were very comfortable. Less than 5 minutes after turning off the TV, I was asleep. I loved the view of lake Huron from my balcony. Direct access to the lake. I really only use a hotel room as a base to shower and sleep. I feel like my room is secure, so I don't worry about what is left in the room, which allowed me to focus on having fun. The persons behind the desk were really nice and very patient. I had to go to my car for my credit card and then go out again for my license plate #. Super easy checkout too. If I go back to St. Ignace, this is where I'll be staying

Noisy neighbors. Kids running through the hallway and slamming doors. Not the hotel's fault.

The property was located on Lake Huron with a beautiful view. The property is close to the ferry docks to Mackinac Island.

Everything was great. Everything was clean except the porch off our room was full of spiderwebs and dead bugs. I asked for a broom and cleaned it up so we could sit outside and enjoy the view. It may have been an oversight that the porch was dirty. Aside from that we loved everything about our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The location is great and has a nice beach in the back. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. I was very pleased that the contract we signed stated very specifically, "no marijuana". We have stayed at hotels before where you couldn't even enjoy being outside or on your balcony because of the smell. It must have been enforced very well because we didn't experience one unpleasant experience.

I think it was a little pricey. Also find it rude and annoying when people let their hotel doors slam. I know this has nothing to do with the hotel or staff but is still annoying when others are not considerate.

Great location. The two ladies at the front desk were amazing. We loved those girls. They were so helpful. I like that they had Dove products. That was nice.

The carpet needs cleaned. It’s really stained on the way to the elevators. They said there was a fire pit and would have a fire every night but that didn’t happen. When we talked to the night desk lady she said it might be because of a fire ban.

The breakfast was good. The kids loved the pool and the hot chocolate. We loved that we were able to bring our dogs, which made it a true family vacation. The view was incredible. The staff was delightful.

There were a total of 8 spiders in our room. But we understand that happens especially in the UP

The property was clean , the location was walking distance to the beach which was really refreshing. However st. Ignace has really nowhere to see itself, except that ferry is available to mackinaw island.

The eggs serve at breakfast were lumpy and rubbery as if it was taken from the freezer and dumped into warmer. Also st.Ignace is boring.

We really enjoyed this hotel and its location! Based on pictures when booking, I thought the king spa room was going to be a little cramped it was not at all, plenty of space and very clean. The free breakfast was always very good. It's right on the water and has a beautiful view from the beach in the back with lounge chairs for the guests. It was also nice that we could buy Shepler's ferry tickets at the front desk and get a little discount, they also offer a shuttle if you don't want to drive yourself. If we decide to come back definitely will be staying here again!

The bed was amazing. The food was also delicious. The tub did not look clean, I told staff and they had it cleaned right away.

The first time we used the tub in the room the water was not even close to being hott. The gym facility is too small and the room was EXTREMELY hot. I feel like there should be "adult" pool time.

Had a very comfortable visit. Clean, well kept facility with wonderful staff. Breakfast was yummy and that pancake machine was the highlight for my 4 year old granddaughter. Loved the patio overlooking the lake and Mackinac Island with the fire pit blazing at sunset. Spectacular!!!
