We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but there are plenty of restaurants around including a Tim Hortons within walking distance and a 24 hour Meijer across the road. The room was very clean and the location was great and felt very safe. You have the option of doing your own laundry at $3 to wash and $3 to dry

We didn’t know there were smoking rooms on the same floor as us (we stayed in a non-smoking) so that was a confusing and unwelcome surprise since my husband has asthma. There isn’t anything provided besides soap and towels which is why the price is so good (it’s also a place where some people actually live for a while so it makes sense that it doesn’t have the usual hotel extras) so bring your own plates cups cutlery and cooking equipment if you plan to use the kitchen in the room. There was a small bottle of shampoo/conditioner that would last maybe one wash so bring your own shampoo and conditioner as well. Not a negative more like a good-to-know.

No breakfast was included. The iron and iron stand was not in the room but provided on request. there was no coffee maker in the room neither provided in any area.

They did not clean the room and bathroom throughout our stay. When I asked for cleaning the person on front desk said we clean the room once in two weeks.

It’s one of the best hotels I stayed at with my family. It was very clean, sweetest staff, secure especially after hours where no one can enter the facility unless you have your room card.

Doesn't have a hair dryer so we had to buy one. The front desk closes in the evening but there's always someone available on call.

It felt like we were at home. Close to all the shopping centers. Meijers and Walmart were very close. Movie theater across the street a lot of Restaurants nearby

The power went out and cable wasn’t working on our first couple of days.

We were told the hotel was new and you could definitely tell. Everything was in great condition and well kept.

The bed frames were light so you could move them easily. Plus we had random hairs left behind by previous occupants. We know they weren't ours because we found them as we came into our room.

It was perfect for us. The rooms were incredible. It’s the nicest place we’ve ever stayed. We travel every year. If we go to Detroit again we will definitely be staying at this Sterling Heights location again

Place charged me more than I was told on booking.com I thought it was the deposit that was added to the amount but after asking they said it was not on booking the total came out to be 481 and at the location I was told it was 637

I loved everything. The housekeepers were beautiful. Staff I love them. Didn’t bother us not one bit. Sending hugs and loves to those ladies that’s employed there they are the bomb.

The tv service is terrible it cuts in and out every 2 minutes. They don’t provide dishes in the unit.

The staff at the front desk was exceptional. We had a problem with the thermostat at they had the maintenance staff take care of it while we ran some errands. It was corrected when we returned to our room. Would definitely stay again.

Love kitchen features, clean and spacious. Extra storage.

The bed… you will squeak say and night and pillows are not comfortable. It doesn’t come equipped with cookware, you need to buy yourself or a package deal for $50 bucks.
