Great location. Easy check-in. Reliable shuttle. Very nice breakfast. Room was perfect for a family.

The room obviously had some prior damage (cracked countertop, graffiti scratched in tile in bathroom, cracked headboard). The hotel tried to remediate these as best as possible. I did feel rushed out of the room on check out day. We went downstairs to start loading things in the car and when we came back up, the door to our room was open... Finally, I ordered a latte from the hotel bar which is Starbuck's and it was awful. The free coffee at the breakfast bar was better.

Decor, comfort, wonderful pool, amenities., decent breakfast. Day shuttle driver and reception staff were courteous, friendly, and attentive.

Evening Shuttle service for pick-up at the airport at 10 pm was slow. Had to wait an hour for a 10-minute ride to the hotel. Although our cell number was provided, the driver was irritated that he waited in the parking lot until we realized which was the correct shuttle. Then we waited several minutes to check in while one of the receptionists tended bar, and the other one filled the beverage case. Either could have acknowledged, rather than ignored us. Breakfast was crowded, and ended at 0900. We went early, but 08-0900 was a bottleneck with very limited seating.

We stayed at this hotel to attend baseball games. The location was very close to walk to catch the train to and from the ball games! And the hotel had complimentary shuttle service to and from Mall of America! We parked our vehicle when we arrived to the hotel and didn’t need to drive it anywhere in Minneapolis! The hotel was also very easy to get to and within walking distance from Mall of America! Our room was also large with a sectional couch for our family to relax at during the evenings! The complimentary hot breakfast was also very good with a wide variety of selection, best complimentary breakfast and very nice area with a lot of natural light/windows in lobby to eat at. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone I know going to Minneapolis!

Would be nice if the pool had a waterslide for the kids. But still a nice pool & pool area.

The facility was close to the airport, which is why we stayed there. It was clean. The employees we encountered were very nice and did a great job.

The bathrooms were very small. The door misses the toilet by just a half inch. Very cramped. I wish their shuttle ran 24 hours. Our return flight was at midnight so we couldn't utilize it for our stay. We stayed here the night before we left and the night we returned. We would have liked to park or car at the hotel while we were gone but ended up having to park at the airport because the shuttle stopped running at 11pm. We were also sent a message from the hotel that certain roads around the hotel were under construction so we were told to come in a different way. But the roads weren't closed. They were all reopened. Not a big deal though.

The hotel is located a few minutes from the Mall of America. There is a lot to see within minutes drive. The property is well maintained and located in a safe location to be with family members. The breakfast had hot and cold options and were replenished on time. There was always someone to look after the breakfast area and keep it clean. The beds and room were well kept.

There is construction around the property which made is difficult to find the property. Even though, Vince was extremely helpful and went above and beyond in providing directions and assisting my family. Thank you

the day clerk Trina was wonderful. Tim the shuttle guy was great. The breakfast was expertly prepared and kept very very clean I was impressed but didnt get this fellows name. As awful as the check in clerk was, these three people made up two fold for " miss dont bother me tia."

I was shocked that i could not get a receipt nor an explanation on why my $129. Room cost $272. Snippy desk clerk could not care less. Obviously my just checking in was a big imposition to her. Ugg.

Excellant location good bed and room very comfortable front desk very helpful especially MATT. He was exceptional courteous very understanding and very very help full. Also another front desk employee who first met me but whose name I don’t have. She was working at day time on7/10 hotel stay was beyond our expectation

You should install a towel rack above the toilet not above in shower. Where it is easy missed. Most hotels don’t have it there. Also a higher toilet is better particularly older people have arthritis and back problems. Also a support hanle in wall above toilet holder will make it easier to hold onto while getting from toilet. You do have space for it there. Also you should have a plunger available in bathroom.

Room was wonderful. King-size bed . Comfortable couch to watch TV. Bathroom shower easy in and out. Nice cushy towels Continental breakfast was very good. I did not try the pool as I did not bring my swimsuit. But the kids I talked to , said it was great. I would definitely stay here again.

I got in late . Food available was not good. Hamburger was ok. Cold bun. No fries available. Selection was very limited.

Great location, friendly staff, and the shuttle bus to the airport was a bonus! We'll definitely be back again. The staff told us about the shuttle service to restaurants and the Mall of America—useful to know. For those who like history and sightseeing, the hotel is within walking distance (or shuttle) of Fort Snelling National Cemetary.

The room was very nice, clean, comfortable bed, although pillows could be a bit bigger, a very nice shower and plenty of space in the room. The location to the airport and the shuttle service were great! It was nice having a separate sitting and work space along with a fridge/coffee bar too.

There wasn't any real market/store or restaurant/Pub bar to pick up a variety of snacks, sandwiches etc, just a small understocked deli case with a couple of pre-packaged sandwiches next to the check in desk with a the very small beer/wine bar attached right next to it. Instead, a listing of take out/delivery resturants were provided. Nice, but not what I was hoping for after traveling all day.
