Always nice to start your day with a breakfast that's included with your stay. Even if it means going to get it and taking it back to your room while your getting ready for your day. Liked the location(easy on/off highway), it was perfectly place for us. We enjoyed finishing our day with a little whirlpool/pool time before calling it a night.

This is very petty. No fan in the bathroom, made it a little steamy while showering.

Loud toilet and air conditioner. Bath tub. Did not drain well when showering. Room conveniently located on the ground floor was a plus. Check in and out was timely.

Rocky at the desk was welcoming and responsive to our needs, going above and beyond several times. Breakfasts were complete and yummy - even two sizes and two flavors of waffles! - and the friendly woman in charge took obvious pride in her food and her dining room. Curbside designated senior parking was a nice surprise. Our room was comfy and blissfully quiet, with blackout and opaque shades. My son enjoyed the hot tub (open 'til midnight) nightly. The location was perfect for the CDT, Paisley Park, local and 18-screen movie theaters and the EP Mall and was a lovely base for a three-day mini-holiday close to home (a 30- minute drive from the north metro). When we added a third night, Rocky gave us the same great rate!

The elevator was out of order the third morning and suddenly my bad knees wished our room had been ground floor-- but just for a moment!

Nice variety of foods but the buffet was not attended to orange juice was just pumping water, hard-boiled eggs uncover in a bowl in the Refer. that had to be there for at least a week miss colored and dry. No pitcher of water on the buffet

the room had no warmth and felt very sterol, the lighting was horrible and the window shade sucked

Breakfast was a standard hot breakfast, fully stocked. Breakfast area was clean and an attendant was available when needed. Beds were comfy, room was clean. Pool and hot tub were fantastic. I would also like to say that all 3 staff members i interacted with were very friendly. Thanks so much for a nice stay!

Only thing i would mention was that the shower head should be cleaned.

They let us check in early. The staff was so nice and helpful. And they always had fresh cold water at the counter . There is a restaurant that shares the parking lot called Houlihans with excellent food. Mention you are staying here and get a discount

No fan in the bathroom

The location was great. We really enjoyed this room, everything was clean and working and comfortable. The in room jacuzzi was great. Breakfast was awesome too.

You can hear the plumbing of the jacuzzis on other floors really well, so .... when someone on the floor right above you fills the tub at 2am, you can really hear "everything". But, this did not really disturb us from sleeping. Really, no complaints. Wanted to stay another night but really understood that it was booked already.

The breakfast was good and e were offered a wide variety of food choices. Pleasant experience.

I love going to hotels that have a big pot of oatmeal, already made. Small thing but always like that...and...maybe offering bacon.

When I explained to the gentleman at the front desk on Saturday, he said he was sorry about the pool and the vending machine. He directed me to the 3rd floor for a working machine. On Sunday when we were getting ready to check out..he fat us a late check-out and allowed us to stay late in one of our two rooms so we could swim on Sunday. We should not of been charged for a late check-out because we should have been able to use the facilities.

Friday night when we checked in there was a party with adults in the pool drinking and they took up the entire space. We (my son and I) could not swim at all because of this awful disregard to other guests. When I spoke to the front desk on Friday she said she was sorry, but she thought they would be checking out on Saturday. The only vending machine on the 1st floor was not working. No information on the guide on the TV and it reset all the time.

The location was great. I met up with friends in the area and my stay was wonderful.

I stayed for three days and taking out the trash and picking up used towels would have been nice. Not to mention replacing with a couple of clean towels on the third day.
