Breakfast was very good. They had hot eggs, sausage and make your own waffles. They also had a good assortment of cereals, yogurt and fruit.

The air conditioner in our room had a high pitched squeal that was very annoying, but I don't think it was something that could be fixed in a few minutes....my guess is the compressor is going out. There was never anyone at the front desk...you had to "buzz" someone to come, which only took a minute or two......not a big thing....just unusual.

One elevator will be a not enough for the amount of room that like to have when this construction is Finnish. There is multi item that will a lot of addition extra work to make it to be a better rating. This will take a descanted Group to accomplish what need to be done.

the check in clerk was very helpful. I took Uber to get there, and I needed to use them again. I mentioned to the clerk how expensive I thought my fares were and he suggested I use Lyft and he was right. They cost half as much!

I would have been nice to have a restaurant in the building and it would be nice to be able to bring my dog. I usually travel with her, but because I flew, I couldn't this time. I'm afraid that the next I go to Eden Prairie I'll be bringing my dog so I won't be able to stay there.

This hotel was a great value for our needs. Breakfast was plentiful. The place was clean and quiet. Location was great for what we wanted to do. Staff was attentive and kind. Would stay here again.

The room was small, but we knew that going in and we didn’t care. Could use bars in the showers so people don’t slip.

Very easy check in and friendly front staff workers. They explained where everything was located in the hotel after I checked in. Rooms were very clean and the bed was quite comfortable.

My only complaint was the free breakfast. The hard boiled eggs were not great at all. My only problem I had overall

Everything was just right, room was clean and quiet, staff friendly, breakfast was A-1 Excellent. Nothing was lacking.

There were no deficiencies or issues. My only suggestion would be to mount the T.V. Monitor higher on the wall.

Location. Great value for the price. Breakfast has good variety, including sausage.

The heating/cooling system did not seem to have a good thermostat and was unable to maintain a constant temp. Let it get very warm and then turned off for the night. Outside temps were in the 20s.

The employees I met throughout the Comfort Inn, specifically the front desk personnel and the housekeepers, were polite, helpful, respectful, and kind at all times. That's an A+ for this Comfort Inn.

I chose an accessible room, and there was no place to store my toiletries.

Rooms were nice, beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean. Everything was almost perfect

When there was a tornado warning on the second night, staff didn't really seem to know where to go.

Everything was wonderful. I enjoyed my stay, Facility was clean and quiet, I would recommend to friends, And will come back to stay again. Breakfast was delicious.
