Staff made the stay great they were beyond willing to help and were very friendly. Breakfast was good! Not super big but enough options! Also the location is awesome!

Room could have been a bit cleaner but wasn't terrible. Our TV had two permanent "burn marks". Some areas could be updated a bit, but overall a great place to stay.

We took a trip to Valleyfair this summer and ended up booking this hotel for our stay. It was a 10 minute drive to the park which was no big deal at all. The lobby was warm and inviting, the room was clean and ready for us when we checked in, and the kiddos loved the pool area. Bonus points for the fast elevator.

The place and the people were great. Beds were nice, room was clean, and pillows were good.

The Booking.com has some odd wording. No one has to share a bathroom. Even if it doesn't say private bathroom, it is. If it asks you if you want to upgrade to a room with a private bath, don't panic you will have a private bathroom if you upgrade or not

We were told it would be only a continental breakfast. It was so much more with hot eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, waffles, fruit... It was grand! The green spaces for guests to lounge in were wonderful.

The mattress was a bit hard.

I loved how clean and fresh it was! The staff were amazing and really helpful with any and all requests! I will stay here again!

The front staff were wonderful, the check in was a seamless experience. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The sliding blinds were so beautiful. The pool was 5 ft deep, a plus. The hot tub was warm not hot I guess due to state regulations, not sure but overall my stay was well worth it.

I don’t like the fact that I reserved a king room and ended up with a single queen room. it is frustrating to not get what is paid for this is not the first location we have booked through here that has switched room types on us. it honestly just deters me from using bookings app.

the bed was very comfortable! the breakfast was wonderful and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. we had three rooms and my daughter and son in law had too small children and a tween and they were very happy with the room and the helpfulness of the staff😊 we will be back again!

Cozy and clean place with a supermarket and restaurants nearby. His staff gave us excellent attention, especially Rommel (Alex), he was very attentive and helped us by guiding us on places to visit. Highly recommended.

the hot tub was broken and the pool area should be redone. the reason we stayed here was because we went to valley fair and they could bring in some good business with a better pool
