The staff was very nice and helpful. The receptionists lent us an umbrella. Both the room and other parts of the hotel was clean.

The breakfast area could be more cozy, it looks a bit "cold". There is way to much usage of disposable things and plastic in the breakfast area, maybe this is an American "thing", not used to this in Europe.

I liked everything really and had no problems. Really got used to the hot tube, I have bad joints so it really helped my pain levels. The housekeeper was nice and met all my requests. It was close to my brother's house.

Nothing, everyone who works there was really nice. It did have limited parking near the building, but glad they had an overflow area. If there was one thing it would be the limit on elevators, as there were a lot of people staying.

Location mainly..my daughter just lives 3 minutes away and this is why I chose to stay here with my son. I love the quality and variety of the breakfast items too. Room and service spotless too.

Very clean and comfortable, great breakfast with many food and beverage choices. Smells clean overall, no funky hotel smell. Clean, nice pool. Excellent room set up with no dirty hotel curtains, convenient luggage table, great that it had frig, microwave, and a nice coffee pot. Staff and manager very friendly. Housekeeping did a great job of cleaning and picking up our room, folding blankets, leaving clean towels. Easy parking. Like the smaller size of the hotel and plenty of space in lobby to sit and talk over coffee. Loved the hot chocolate /water/coffee/paper available in lobby. A washer and dryer available is terrific. Easily accessible ice. Good temperature control in our room. Very quiet room. Shower really good and easy to regulate.

Only downside for me was that our bathroom looked very clean but smelled like urine and the smell spilled out into the room which was unpleasant. If not for that, stay would’ve been perfect. I should’ve just spoke up and moved to a different room-the staff was so helpful -I’m sure they would’ve taken care of it promptly. My husband thought the bathroom light was too bright, maybe ability to dim would be good.

The staff was wonderful, the Gentleman that works the front desk remembered me from a prior stay one time!!! Greeted me every day of our stay and asked if there was anything he could do for us. WONDERFUL service, food and facilities!!

My husband and I stayed here overnight on Christmas Eve while visiting family. There was nothing to not like about this hotel. From the time we walked in til the time we left. The hotel smelled wonderful throughly the whole place. The GM checked us in and was friendly and helpful, the room was very spacious, beautifully decorated and cleaner than any hotel I’ve ever stayed at; bed was comfy, breakfast had a wide variety of hot and cold foods.

Awesome, had everything I wanted. The location was easy to get to. Greeted with a friendly smile and hello. The hotel was very clean and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and room was exceptionally clean. Breakfast hot and many items to choose from.

Nothing really, would have liked to soak in the hot tub when I returned from an event at 11pm but pool was closed.

The staff was so nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good, the rooms and hotel were spotless. I love a room with a Kuerig coffee too.

The pool and hot tub area was very small. It was a busy Sat. night so we were not able to use the pool. Too many people in it.

Comfort, cleanliness, staff. Thee staff was exceptional! They went out of their way to help us navigate around Minneapolis and answered all our questions with a smile.

I'm 6'4' tall and the toilets are too short for me.

Everything was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Amenities were great and breakfast had a lot of choices. We all loved this hotel.

Can’t think of anything that we didn’t like.
