Baymont by Wyndham Brooklyn Center

The young lady at the front desk which is the assistant manager. I believe her name is tanesha. Was very accommodating, very professional. And if and it's not too often that you see, assistant manager taken the liberty to map. The front lobby floor was very impressed with that. And that was one of the reasons why I checked out of 1 of the connecting hotels in the area because it was not clean.

What I didn't like? It appears that the hotel has become like a extended stay. Or people are using it as their resident for various reasons. And I understand housing situations have changed. But people become very complacent as if this is their home and they can do what they want to do. Having their kids run around in the lobby, what? No, shoes are shirt on screaming and Yelling No fault of theirs because they feel that this is their home. And that's what kids do they run and play? And for a traveling guest, it has a different feel. Even in the dining area

Pool was not working n breakfast was limited options n not much. Staff was great and friendly in person. Over the phone left something to be desired when I requested a late check in as our travel time was extended but was told no Kate check in and to reach by 2am or cancel. Forcing us to continue the drive rather than change n extend. But we made it work. When we reached the staff said that our late check in would have been fine. So kinda annoying.

Breakfast was bad. No drinks n no options.

The front desk guy was Very awesome you let me stay there even though I did not have certain things that are mandatory to have there so thank you again sir

I didn't like how they don't have a policy where you can give them a debit card like PayPal $50 deposit and you have to have a bank card or credit card since I use PayPal I have had them send me a bank card cause they are a bank through them they also are PayPal but they also have a bank and I have a special card that sent from PayPal not where you'd actually buy from a gas station But that wasn't good enough but awesome enough and I was awesome and was Considerable and he worked with me I'm getting that Is taken care of thank you

Easy to get to off Interstate

Smelled in the hallway of 3rd floor as we got off elevator. There was a open small garbage bag outside our door hotel when when we entered our room. Plus several other garbage bags in hallway, as well as carpet needed a major vacuum. Lots of debris on carpet. The garbage bags were never removed during our stay. I had to request towels as there was only two wash cloths in the room when we checked in. Also there was food left over in the fridge in our room.

Staff was very friendly, helpful and professional! (They had suffered water pipe breaking and flooding a lot of the first floor) Close to the interstate, gas and restaurants. Quiet.

My only issue was no hair dryer in the room and one of the bedside lamps didn't work. (I did let the front desk know asap about the lamp and they noted it to be checked out by maintenance.) Also would have been nice if the pool and hot tub were open to relax at the end of the day. Will stay here again.

The breakfast was good and the staff were so helpful and nice I really appreciate the pool for me and my kiddos we enjoyed ourselves I also enjoyed the fitness room. had to get the food off.

If the hot tub was warmer and I got my room cleaned during my stay with clean sheets and a vaccum for the small pieces

location & quiet setting..Amenities were adequate..Breakfast was very good..

non working ice machines on 3 floors?? security breach concerning my room assignment!! An individual was given a keypads to my room & entered without permission or prior knowledge….

quiet location with a working pool & jacuzzi! friendly staff & decent continental breakfast…Manager went out of her way to purchase bags of ice for guests..

All ice makers inop? A thicker bed comforter would be nice..

Despite the stench of weed in the hall the room was extremely clean and cozy. Very quit.

It would have been nice if they posted the status of their pool. Also the air was turned up in the room and when we tried to adjust the temperature the fire alarm went off. We were to it was dust on the heating coils and they were supposed to be coming around eventually to clean them.

We stayed at multiple hotels on our vacation. The woman that was there the night we checked in which was June 8, was honestly the sweetest front desk out of all of our hotels!
