Breakfast was a little sad. A lot of pre packaged options which aren’t bad but unfortunate. I stayed at a hotel of this same kind a year ago in Texas and it was much better.

I booked my room for one cost on booking.com and was charged more at the point of checkout. I didn’t understand why that was and the person working said that all they could see was the amount they charge.

Location, staff, cleanliness

Paying $10 per day to park and it's at the outlet center mall. No electric charging station(s) No bacon for breakfast (minor inconvenience and didn't go into my rating, but still)

I liked the location as it was directly behind a popular mall outlet. The staff was nice and cooperative. Breakfast was top of the line aswell.

Staff didn't realise there were a couple of people smoking and drinking alcohol in the pool. I believe someone had told the staff but the staff hadn't done anything about it.

the property was decent, there was an issue with billing, had we not noticed it we would have been double charged. this happened to us and one other group.

The room itself was a good size for 6. The bed was comfortable. The price was good for the one night we stayed. It was very convenient as it was right next to the outlet mall and a couple miles from the Mall of America. We used to live in the area and so it was nice to reminisce when driving around. It was also very close to restaurants, grocery stores, Walmart, etc. Very convenient as well as it was right off the highway. Staff was extremely friendly and courteous. There was a free breakfast in the morning, which was very nice.

The room appeared to be clean but when looking closer, it was not. The tables by the beds had sticky stuff on them and there was a spill under one of them that had not been cleaned up. Also, when we pulled out the sofa bed, there was food on the mattress cover and crumbs.

It was clean and conveniently located.

The only problem I had was after I checked out. Before I left the hotel, I questioned some charges that were on my bill. There were a lot of different taxes on my bill for each day that I was there attached to my pet fee. I asked the lady at the front desk about it, and she said that the charges shouldn’t have been there and she removed them while I was standing there. Later on when I checked my bank account, all of those charges were still there and had been taken from my account. Now I’m feeling like they can’t be trusted.

Rooms are furnished exceptionally well. The design of the bathrooms was stellar. There was actually room on the vanity top to do hair and makeup. Towel bars, drawers, hooks--everything was where a woman would want to find it, including a grab bar in the shower and foot rest. It was easiest hotel bathroom I have ever used. V. pleased to find full size refrigerator and kitchen sink in our room. Front desk was very patient with questions and very helpful during our stay.

Can't think of anything I did not like about this hotel.

Breakfast options were great! I especially loved the variety of scrambled egg bowls to microwave. My room was cleverly-designed, spotlessly maintained and very comfortable.

Can't think of a thing to complain about!

Customer service was amazing! There was an issue getting my payment to go through, but the staff was extremely patient and kind until we finally got it to work.

Parking was easy and free. Jensens was a great place for supper. Nice liquor store up the street with EXCELLENT wine selection. Staff at Home 2 were very friendly, pleasant and polite.

Bottom sheet kept coming off the bed. Elastic was shot. Linens were comfortable and cozy other than that.
