Excellent location. Very comfortable bed and nice sized room with a kitchenette. Lots of room for all of our belongings and for getting ready and chilling in the room. The breakfast was pretty standard but good.

The fact that the pool heater was broken, so one of the main reasons why we chose this hotel wasn't even available to us, and having to pay extra for parking when most other hotels in the area have free parking. The motion sensitive bathroom light that lit up the whole bathroom area because the bed was right across from the bathroom. Why not just have to use the switch? Then you can slide the door closed before turning on the light so that others aren't woken up hen you use the bathroom.

Breakfast was so so. Good was empty. We arrived in room at 915. No bagels. Eggs or potatoes. They were working on getting food out. Person at front desk told us a few times. Was jot able to find any napkins. The sausage you are using was the worst I have had. I took one bite and had to spit it out. Had no taste. Not sure what you are using. Was awful

The housekeepers weren't Checking to see if we needed clean towels. We stayed 3 days. And they decided to wake me up out my sleep on our last day at 6:30am to eat breakfast when I was planning to skip it because I needed my rest to travel 8 hrs back home. We didn't have a do not disturb sign in our room. And our room had trash on the side of the bed and under the sofa.

Breakfast was hot and pretty good, could have used some more seasoning or cheese & onions for better taste, was very bland and basic…

The main thing that stopped me from giving a higher rating was that there was not a hot tub, I missed that when I booked the room, and was very disappointed when I got down to the pool area & found no hot tub…. ☹️

I love how spacious the room was. Very clean and accommodating. I enjoyed the swivel TV, we were able to watch TV on the couch or in bed which was really nice! I like that the bedroom felt separate from the rest of the room.

Everything was so new rooms are amazing

On one of the rooms we had ladybugs in chunks as soon as we walk in our room , so they decided to vacuum the walls on the next day there was more bugs coming in the room I said it’s insane i need another Clean room. Thankfully they change it. But the first Time I let them know they said oh We don’t have no rooms Available

Great Location from Mall of American and Airport. Breakfast was good. Staff was good to work with. Newer facility. Bigger tv was nice in the room.

Pool was nice but wish there was also a hot tub for you to use as there is none.

I loved how clean the room and facility were. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was good. Parking was $15 for a one night stay. Notice many families staying at the facility. Loved the dining area and the small kitchen area in the room.

Only stayed one night and can't think of anything I didn't like.

Our rooms were mixed up so they put us in a better room. Great customer service to the gentleman who waited on us.

The shower in room 201 flooded the bathroom. We spent about 30 minutes getting water off the floor
