The location was convenient to the convention center. The hotel was very clean and quiet (no noise through the walls) the staff was amazing, the beds were comfortable, the shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. The breakfast was so good and hot and the attendant treated everyone well. I will wish every hotel was this one.

Great location near the convention center with plenty of restaurants nearby. We even walked from the hotel to the Stone Arch Bridge next to the old mill complex which was a great way to see and experience the Mississippi River. We found a surface parking lot about 2 blocks away for $5 per 24 hour period starting at 5am each day with in/out access. The hotel and room were nicely corporately clean and the room was spacious with very comfy bed and sheets and towels. Good water pressure in the shower/tub. A generous hot breakfast that you could take to your room to eat.

Clean fresh room and bathroom, friendly and helpful staff, great complimentary breakfast, pillows were not feathered (as I requested because I'm allergic), complimentary tea and coffee in room, microwave and fridge in room. Loved the amenities. Especially since COVID, other more bougie hotels that I have stayed at do not have all these amenities. It was refreshing to enjoy these things and especially the breakfast.

Hard to find something I genuinely didn't like. It was such a great hotel stay for the price.

simple but very clean hotel. there is everything you need. Loved the modal bedding. Downtown of Minneapolis is quite strange place, does not look touristy)) there are no cafes or fast food around the hotel, so the breakfast that the hotel offers is a real salvation, everything is simple and clean and enough to have a full breakfast. walk to Target Field 15 minutes.

Excellent breakfast with a friendly and efficient attendant. Clean comfortable room. Was able to get a parking space in their lot.

Our room suffered from excessive night street noise. With a hotel not close to full, I wish we had been give a room away from the noisy intersection. Hand held shower wand kept swiveling and water leaked onto floor. Bathroom desperately needs exhaust fan.

The property is typical of a Holiday Inn (in a good way) and clean. The staff was great - very helpful in providing parking that would accommodate our car top carrier and in storing bicycles we had with us for later in our trip. Clean rooms and great staff! The location was a short walk from the transit stop at Government Plaza for quick trips on the light rail to several sports stadiums, Nicollet Mall, and the Warehouse District. Would recommend for a reasonably priced stay in Minneapolis-St. Paul.

Location was a little far for all of us to walk, Was great that we were able to keep our car in closest lot. Breakfast was excellent with many options. food was cook perfectly. Had plenty of room.

The free breakfast is exceptionally good. The king bed was so comfortable to sleep in. Very good value.

I am not a fan of the goose feather down pillows because I'm allergic. It's easy enough to remove them. There are synthetic pillows available. I like the Keurig in the room but tea doesn't taste that good using it because of the coffee taste in the water.

Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean, modern and had a good bed. Bathroom facilities including soap and shampoo were helpful for light travel. Simple but fine breakfast with all the expected 'basic' options for an American hotel breakfast.
