The consierge staff was extremely welcoming and polite, always with a smile on their faces. I aske for a higher floor room and they gave me the top floor. Beautiful, spacious room with super comfy bed. Beautiful bathroom with tub and separate shower. Welcome email 3 days before the stay with prompt responses for any need I had.

A/C heating vent is kinda noisy and can bother light sleepers. I didn't watch much TV, but it is an older model (no aircast or chromcast if needed) with no access to streaming app. No ice bucket or possibility to get your own; I didn't try, but I'm sure the front desk will provide you with one if needed. Extra fee for parking, although super close to the hotel.

The location was brilliant. Many great restaurants in walking distance. Direct access to Skyway. Room was generous, beds comfy and bathroom just incredible with walk in shower and deep bathtub. Staff at reception extremely helpful with recommendations.

Minor issue. We logged housekeeping for the second of three days when we arrived. Reminded them again in the morning of the second day. Alas, no housekeeping

Very great location! You are truly near everything and the Metro is a short walk away. We were able to get most places by walking and using the public transportation.

Some of the streets leading up to the property were one way, so we found ourselves driving in circles and making u-turns to get in front of the hotel to unload. Also parking was a bit confusing but we embraced the public transportation as that seemed like the best option.

so on the site it says that you have parking available, there is no parking available you have to go across the road and park in a public parking lot ( which we were told not to park there or we would get robbed ) or have valet park it for you on the street. out the front of the hotel which doesn’t seem safe to me if we where gonna get robbed across the street. and there wasn’t even anyone working on valet , you should take parking off your list of facilities and have a public parking near by because that is false advertisement, I chose this hotel because we needed parking to be at the hotel! won’t be back.

The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower huge. The location of the Hotel was ideal. The staff was extremely helpful and answered all questions about the city. They even printed out our boarding passes.

I have nothing negative to report. The restaurant was closed due to covid-19... not the hotel's fault.

The hotel and room were clean, spacious, quiet, and secure. The the bed was comfortable.

The overnight parking was expensive ($25) and confusing to exit. Ask the hotel about the parking and they'll kindly give you instructions.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, this is the best 4 star hotel in Minneapolis. The rooms are very nice and not cheaply built like these newer places. The bathrooms have a standup and huge tubs. All of it is tile. The staff is very friendly, generous with upgrades and checkouts. If they can accommodate you, they will. They have the best gym of any hotel I’ve ever been to

My only complaint, the keycards suck. it’s really hard to get them to work in the elevator

Great location, great room size, and an amazing staff. I traveled with my husband and two children for the weekend. This hotel exceeded our expectations with how convenient it was to everything we wanted to do. The Peking garage was easy to access and made driving around the area a breeze. We arrived very late in the evening and the front desk receptionist was very helpful and nice. She ensured we had a smooth checkin. Honestly everyone we met at the hotel was very friendly and hospitable. As it was Mother’s Day weekend, we asked for some recommendations for breakfast and the staff was very helpful and gave great suggestions (Hen House Eatery was only a block away!). All in all it was a fabulous hotel located in the heart of the city with easy access to many attractions and great food options.

It would have been nice to have our trash taken out as we accumulated a lot as a family of four, but we made it work.

Room was very good! An extremely large bathroom and a wonderful bed that was amazingly comfortable.

Front Desk - It was a real chore for them to assist us!!!!! Not friendly at all. Our first visit to Minneapolis, we didn't know where we were going. They spoke to us like we should know where to go. Not impressed at all.

Neat hotel overall. It's an older building that left a lot of that same charm from the times and long with some modern flare. The room was a good size with nice amenities. The shades needed to be closed the whole time as it felt like I'd be able to jump through the window into the window of the next building, or next part of the building. Decent location. Never fun paying $30+ for parking (not via the hotel), but fully expected it given it was downtown Minneapolis.

Check in was a bit awkward. Seemed as though two members of the staff were having a stern "teaching" moment.
