Breakfast was great and quick. The room was nice however I wasn't a fan of the pocket door for the bathroom but it was still nice. There was only shampoo, bar of face soap, and lotion, I would have liked to see conditioner and hand soap. location was great. quick walk to the target center.

I didn't love the pocket door for the bathroom. I felt it wasn't enough privacy. On Sunday (checkout) it was a long wait for the elevator. I feel some of them must have been out of order since there was 6 elevators but It felt like only 3-4 were in service.

We love this hotel, it's our go-to for a fun night out in the city. The common spaces are beautiful, the rooms are comfy and elegant. We love the little extras, like happy hour and the amazing breakfast buffet! The staff is always so friendly and helpful, and it's located close to anything you want to do downtown.

The only complaint is the pillows. They were flat and uncomfortable. Sometimes I bring our pillows with, but I did not this trip. Our room smelled a bit musty as well, and in previous rooms the view was of a rooftop, but that's expected being in the city.

Nice sized room with a good hot breakfast in the morning. Location was great and so were the staff. I liked there was a fridge and microwave in the room. The complimentary nightly reception was really nice too.

Elevators were slow - I think a couple weren't working. There was a shortage on towels but we managed. We really enjoyed our stay so can't think of much we didn't like.

Loved the location which was in walking distance of two of our planned activities, attending a MN Twins baseball game and seeing a theatre play. The hotel also had a walkthrough entrance to a late night pub bar and restaurant.

The meds are kinda not great for the price of the rooms. The AC also didn’t cool the living room/sofa area. Breakfast also ended pretty early!

Great location to baseball stadium. Easy couple minute walk. Located near a couple of bars. Clean rooms. Still had limited happy hour and boxed breakfast

The biggest drawback was the parking. The parkade they told you to park at, charged by the hour. The first day was like $32 for 17 hours. We checked in around 4 pm. We left around 11 am the next day and got back around 3 pm. We checked around 11 the next day and the bill was $50. That is more than I have ever paid in any other big city. Why the hotel doesn’t work out a flat 30-40 dollar fee per day to park is beyond me. I think the amount was ridiculous and there should be some mention of it before you book the hotel and they should also let you know that at check in.

Staff and the rooms were great. Room was nice and clean and had lots of natural light.

Staff had a mix up of where my room was and had me on the 9th floor but had told me it was the 3rd. The pool was also closed for maintenance and cleaning which sucked.

Our King Suite was very comfortable and the black out shades, did an excellent job. Very quiet. Great location to ballpark.

Due to COVID, no made to order breakfast, which is understandable. The thing I didn’t like the most was the parking. They told you to park at this public parking ramp, which we found out was pay by the hour. Checked in around 4:30 and the next day left at like 11 am. Paid $32. Got back around 3:30 or 4 and left the next day at 11 and had to pay another $50. Now I understand have to pay for parking, but why not a flat fee per day? Why doesn’t the hotel have something worked out with the parking ramp for a flat fee per day. I don’t remember seeing anything about the parking when booking. This just frustrated me, that if I don’t leave, I would have paid over $100 to park for 2 days.

Loved the breakfast and the cocktail hour location was amazing!

The elevator had some issues as we were trying to get ro the cocktail hour and has to use the stairs as we didn't want to miss it.
