Very clean! The staff is very friendly and helpful! Particularly, the Cosmos provides decent breakfast and the service is warm and professional. Although the surrounding area feels like a ghost town, that’s nothing to do with the hotel, and actually the hotel is a victim of the cultural revolution.

A fridge should be default for guest rooms. (Appreciate the hotel provided one when I asked)

Amazing location for First Avenue. Bit swamped by the crowds for the Target Center though. But noise wasn't an issue. Staff friendly and helpful.

Took laundry to reception just before 09:00. Was told I was late. Pointed out that the directory said before 09:00 and it was beofre 09:00. Then told that service wasn't available on Saturdays, despite the directory saying it was. I was disappointed by the reaction from the staff, when all I was doing was asking for a service that was supposed to be available.

An excellent hotel ideally placed in downtown close to bars, entertainment and shopping (or at least an American idea of downtown shopping). Thanks to Booking.com we were upgraded to a lovely corner room on the 17th floor- which is probably affecting my judgement of the hotel. However I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel, even if you don't end up on the 17th floor.

Nothing in particular, though the front desk staff could have a little more training on what the city has to offer. On asking if there was a bar area downtown we were only referred to the German bar opposite the hotel. Only later in our stay did we discover a vibrant bar scene.

The room was super clean and every staff member was friendly and efficient! We were lucky enough to have time to eat breakfast in the hotel the next morning. The food was delicious and our waiter was amazing...he gave us many opportunities to learn more about downtown Minneapolis and treated us to his delightful sense of humor!! Parking under the hotel was super convenient and we were able to walk to every event we had planned, saving us Uber fees. I would definitely stay here again.

The place is beautiful. The staff is friendly. Everything was very clean and updates.

The lobby coffee did not provide lids, and the cups were tiny, so I kept feeling like I would burn my hands on the way to the room. I had to lay the coffee on the floor to scan my key card on the elevator. The parking was expensive. The phone in our room didn't work. The fridge was not a cooling refrigerator, but just a cooler that required ice to chill items.

very nicely appointed lobby and room. friendly staff. A good value for a brief stay in Minneapolis.

there was very little shopping in the area, and a fair amount of infrastructure construction in the area. we walked several blocks looking for a retail store to pick up a few gifts and we were unable to find one. the hotel did not seem to have a gift shop.

The beds were soooo comfy and the pillows were amazing. There's a TV in the bathroom which made us laugh.

Wish the garbage bins had bags in them! We kinda left it a mess bc there were no garbage bags. Kinda wish there was more space between the bed and the TV but yall can't really do anything about that now.

Location was absolutely perfect!! We walked all over. Hotel was beautiful, secure and exceeded my expectations. The room was comfy and the shower was amazing.

I can't really say there wasn't anything I didn't like. They need to pay a little more attention to making sure to dust on top of the bed frames. Otherwise nothing else.

Location was phenomenal. In room dining was delicious and convenient. Quiet room. Bed was comfortable. Staff was amazingly friendly. Will definitely stay again.

The shower door in my room was off track so it was hard to close. That was the only negative about my stay. The rest was perfection.

the location was great! and self parking is located underneath the hotel basically. we could just take an elevator to the hotel from the parking, and skyway to Target Center was great! walkable distance to many places and you could take buses or trains too!

I don’t really have anything I didn’t like about. Just they don’t have an elevator that goes all the way up and down. everyone has to change an elevator at 4th floor to go higher floor but it didn’t bother me. they have 3 elevators and we didn’t really have to wait.
