I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. There was plenty of choices. I had a bagel with cream cheese, bacon, and orage juice. I am very appreciative to the manager and staff. I booked the room through an outside travel site and they did not book my room for two nights. The staff called me the next day and took care of me booking the room for another night without having to move my things to another room.

There was a small crack in the tile floor with a hair bead in it. I feel like the cleaning staff should have seen it and removed it before the next person check in to the room. Besides that everthing met my expectations.

It only had a half of a shower door glued to the floor on the same end as the shower head. You have to get inside the shower to cut the water on and when you cut the shower on some of the water goes out onto the bathroom floor because there isn’t a door on that end to reflect it back into the shower floor. Not a big issue but could cause issues for the hotel if that water starts leaking to the floor below it.

would have been a nice room. breakfast was decent. bed was comfortable

not very clean. room had a big nice whirlpool tub but couldn’t use it. room was 57 degrees. turned heat all the way up and the room never got warm. kept blowing out cold air. took a shower in the bathroom. wasn’t the cleanest and though it was in a separate room, it was still chilly. temp outside was only upper 40s. lights were very dim and I have bad eyes.

Location! Beautiful large room, comfortable beds, lots of squishy pillows. We just loved this stay!!

The only thing that could be a problem to folks is the shower has a half glass door, so water splashes all out on the floor when showering, there's no tub. Just put towels down where the water splashes to avoid a possible slip and fall.

the hot breakfast was great but the lady overseeing the breakfast stood and stared at everyone enjoying their breakfast which made us feel rushed and uncomfortable. I’m sure she was just trying to do her job but she came across as a warden.

Cleanliness not so great; housekeeping could improve. Bathroom shower is poor design - water from shower got all over the floor. This is dangerous for people stepping out of the shower - without putting every available towel on the floor, it stays wet and can easily cause a slip. Not good for anyone, but especially older people like myself. Also didn't like that renovations were underway. This created an unpleasant smell that gave me a headache.

Quiet, spacious, clean room. Clean, spacious bathroom. Good Breakfast. Just far enough outside Memphis to get out of traffic, which made the next day's travel easier. I paid twice as much for an outdated, dirty, dingy room three-quarters the size in Chicago with no amenities. Very good value for anyone traveling near Memphis. I will put this one on my go-to list of motels.

Pam, the desk clerk was very nice courteous and informative about this nice hotel. The breakfast was nice and a comfortable bed. The rugs in the hallways could use some serious DEEP CLEANING and the floor in my room had some stickiness to it in certain spots, but overall It was a nice stay. Thanks, LaRonda

Breakfast was good, rooms were clean. Kelly at the front desk was exceptional. She was very nice, friendly, answered all my questions with a smile and offered additional assistance. She made my stay here outstanding. I will be back.

The lady the night before was not friendly when I was asking questions about the room. I did not allow that to finalize my stay.

Facilities were very nice, very comfortable, and accommodating. Bed was extremely comfortable.

Staff appeared uninterested and unenthusiastic at checkin and checkout. Poor shower design allowed water to run on bathroom floor if shower head was raised.
