Was an easy walk to the town square and Ole Miss. Housekeeping did a fantastic job Lots of parking

Could be more options for b/fast Expensive but not a lot of options in Oxford

The location was perfect. Just a short drive to the shopping complexes and the square, etc. The room was exceptional - but the loveseat was prettier than it was comfortable. I love how it was all laid out and arranged. The shower was amazing! Every person we encountered on staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the fire pit and the bar!

Breakfast offerings were very limited bc of covid and there was barely anything left by the time we got to it, even though it was supposed to be available until 10am. It wasn't a problem though, we just went out for breakfast! I was hoping for a swim, but I realize Covid has made things like pools tricky, so we found other things to do.

The location is great to take advantage of all Ole Miss has to offer. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

It’s getting a bit dated. Carpet in rooms need to be replaced due to staining. My shower there was a gap in the tile where the handle was. Kinda strange, damp mold smell in the room. It’s just time for an update.

Hotel clerk was very helpful in untangling the booking.com reservation, which had not come through to hotel system when we arrived.

Hotel was fine. Booking.com was not. Could not understand most of what agent said. She had a slight foreign accent, talked very fast, and did not enunciate clearly. She tried to book us for the wrong city (several hours away) and when we got to the hotel, there was no record of our reservation despite email with confirmation # and correct address. It came through an hour after we arrived.

The location is great for campus visits.

The pipes popped and was annoying very early in the morning. The morning staff was not friendly at checkout although staff in Starbucks were pleasant.

The location was great and the property was really nice. The staff were very accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings.

The rooftop bar was closed, so we had to go to another hotel in Oxford to enjoy that experience.

No breakfast available (chef out) plus prices on menu too high.

Second bed was made but not the same way as other bed, something seemed off. Did not sleep in it. A/C fan runs constantly never cycles off.

I did not eat breakfast, but I got coffee from Starbucks. The location is great!

I was happy with everything at this hotel. I love that I can get Starbucks in the morning on the way to work and can go to the gym any time of the night!

that the king suite I booked was not available and they quickly accommodated me to another room. My room keys deactivated around midnight.

Fantastic hotel, great location and staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay a great one while we were in town for our son's graduation
