Very nice hotel. Loved the fresh flowers and beautiful and comfy lobby. The bed was very comfy and sheets were nice. Very friendly staff. The location was perfect - right by all the great shops and restaurants!

A vent in the bathroom would be nice. Complimentary breakfast would be nice. The cafe was good but overpriced. I did not like the woke sign on the front door - all are welcome - all races, religions, sexual orientations etc. I would certainly hope so or you would be a terrible hotel! Just inappropriate. Let your great service and accommodations speak for itself! Stupid signs like that are completely uncalled for.

Cafe was too pricey for breakfast per se; just got coffee

Room request that we were told was “no problem” was not in the computer; had to go back down to the desk and ask to change rooms. Also, provided a card at the desk to cover the stay that was different from the one used to make the reservation. Despite entering the info in the computer, this request was ignored, and when we called back, the process to remedy the situation was too cumbersome to bother with. The front desk staff needs to get with the program, or the computer software needs to be improved!!!’

Location to the square was great and the view was fantastic. We booked the room that had a patio which was wonderful. Patio provided 2 couches, table and chairs as well as nice outdoor TV. Tons of room to entertain, enjoy a drink ect

Room could have been a bit cleaner. There was food located behind the door of bathroom but overall I would certainly return but the key is to book this room. Although we only stayed one night in order to received a tour for perspective incoming freshman this room offers the king and pull out sofa bed but what sells it is the patio. It also has the option to book room adjacent should you have more in your party.

Breakfast was purchased at a coffee bar on the premises. No bonuses to stay. Nice hotel, but really just average—nothing outstanding. No extra perks.

Noticed coffee in lobby before going to fitness center, but it was put away when I returned. Ice had to be gotten from front desk person who always had a long line waiting since it was graduation weekend. Could have used an extra person. Also kind of strange to have so many people loitering in lobby—students studying (were they guests at hotel?).

Everything but your front desk staff Alexis and your manager Veronica were amazing. They went above and beyond my expectations for me! I was a completely thrown off guard when told my reservation had been cancelled by a third party that day. I drove 6 hours unaware this had happened and when I arrived I had no room to stay in. Long story short, they listened to me, understood my situation, and worked hard to help me out. They were compassionate and assured me they would find me a place to stay. I can’t tell you enough what wonderful employees you have! Thank you Alexis and Veronica!

Location is wonderful. Just a block from the square. Also liked on the on-premise cafe, was great for coffee and breakfast. Fitness center was nice but Peloton bike was useless as I didn't have an account.

Parking fills up fast. Room details seemed a bit lacking, esp. for a high-end hotel. Our room was below the Coop and we could hear quite a bit of noise on Sat. night. HVAC was annoyingly loud, to the point we turned it off every night so we could sleep.

GREAT location. Just about a block off the square.

Their “terraces/balconies” are on the ground floor, just steps from the parking lot. So of you’re looking for a room with a view, don’t bother spending the extra money. We were there just a day before students/parents began arriving for the Fall semester. If we had stayed one more night, our rate would have jumped from about $150 to about $350. We’re going back for the Thanksgiving holiday and rooms are over $700!! We’re staying in a VRBO, walking distance from the campus for $130/night.

Boutique hotel with fun decor. Excellent location on the square. You can use the bicycles for free. I really enjoyed the political comics from local newspaper hung along the hallways. The rooftop bar is a local favorite.

In high season, such as Ole Miss Football games or college move-in day, prices are very high. Just as a tip, there are small “chillers,” not refrigerators, in suite and no microwaves. So if you are traveling with food, it might not suit you.

Lovely hotel, very comfy and stylish room, perfect location for our first Oxford visit, friendly staff (even gave us a free packet of chocolate pecans when we checked in!)... Really hope to return someday!

Just worth noting that they don't offer a laundry service, contrary to what was advertised - there is a laundrette a short drive away though.

Location was excellent! Property was nice and decor was very well done.

No toilet paper in bathroom upon arrival. Had to go to front desk to acquire. Maybe just an oversight. However, the bathroom wasn’t as clean as I would have hoped either. Made me think the entire bathroom may have been missed by housekeeping before our arrival.
