By far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. It definitely wins over luxury branded hotels. It was such a comfortable stay and the bathrooms with the tub and the HUGE shower was excellent. Only one thing I would change would be the window that you can close but it does not lock that’s in the bathroom and faces into the hotel room with the two queen beds. (The toilet was separate from the shower and tub with its own door which was a plus too!) It wasn’t an issue but I could see issues if someone was staying with some friends or a work trip. I just don’t believe the window should be located in queen bedrooms. Other than that I definitely will be back!!

Great locaion, comfy beds, ease of free parking, great bathroom!

All minor stuff - there was no body cream in our room. The front desk said they ran out of body cream. You would think that maybe they could substitute a different body cream. My room also did not have a blow dryer, so I had to call the front desk on that. It would be great to have a mini-fridge and maybe a microwave in there. Finally, not a big deal, but the bedcovers were really thin. We got cold, so we had to take the other cover off that bed and put it on our. It would be great to have had the bar restaurant open, especially for Sunday or Saturday brunch.

The property is beautiful and the staff was excellent! My husband decided at the last minute to join my daughter and I on our trip and when I looked online to see if we could change to a double Queen room there were none left. When we got to the hotel to check in the attendant noticed we were a party of 3 instead of 2 and she found us a room with 2 beds..we were so grateful! The location is perfect- we walked to the square each day!

it was within walking distance of the places we wanted to go.

the parking garage was a tight squeeze for larger vehicles. the Booking showed a mini bar and balcony in the room. there was no mini bar and the balcony was more of a window sill. they explained the mini bar will be available after the renovations are done next year. also, there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room.

For that price, there should be breakfast, maybe there was but we were not advised. . Everyone was nice but very little interaction with staff. It was an incredible location. You’re definitely paying fir the location. The location couldn’t be better.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff that was very welcoming and kind! Loved the room and the super comfy beds!

The only thing I would suggest or wish they had was a mini fridge as I had food and some medicine that needed to be kept cold but had to use the ice bucket instead. But that wouldn't keep us from staying there again and recommending the hotel for others!

I loved the air freshened hallways. the bathroom was absolutely beautiful. the beds were comfy. staff was very kind.

The blankets were super thin. my room said it had a balcony, but it was just French doors that opened to a window with an decorative iron railing. that was very disappointing.

Great location. Huge bathroom, very comfortable beds - like a cloud! Older hotel and with that charm, but a little wear in rooms. Big room, very clean, would totally return, good value. Free parking

It was clean an comfortable. The bar area and patio were relaxing. so close to the square, we were able to walk everywhere.

It didn’t have laundry facilities or an iron. Not a deal breaker but it would have been nice to straight up my clothes during my stay.
