Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Batesville

The breakfast was good however it was the same kind of breakfast everyday I was there.

Upon checking in the desk clerk was very nice and accommodating however I could hear a young woman from Housekeeping yelling profanity to another housekeeper. They were joking with each other, however I still feel that type of behavior is UNPROFESSIONAL when guest can hear them from down the hall. There were a couple of other small issues but they were taking care of immediately...Thanks to the desk clerk. I checked in around 3pm Sunday May 21st and stayed for 3 nights. Thanks, L. Myles

From the moment we entered the hotel, April was welcoming and everything was clean and accessible. The push carts are easier to move our luggage then the bellhop carts. The elevator are centrally located, easy to enter, clean, and smooth. Every floor has easy to get to, working ice machines and the laundry was right off the elevator. The layout of the room was just differ enough to make me wish all hotels had the same layout with plenty of additional seating. I love when a hotel has a movable desk. these last two points help me keep crumbs out of the bed as it provides other places to sit and eat if I need to eat in room. This was the most enjoyable hotel in our 17 day trip.

The pool was a SMIDGE on the small side, but very well taken care of. That’s how nice this hotel is, even my complaint is followed by a complement!

Breakfast was great. They went out of the way to have nice stuff like a toppings bar for yogurt. They had biscuits, gravy, eggs, sausage, and boiled eggs. They had other stuff there but didn't really look as I was packing car. Internet speed is around 10mb. Also the layout of room was really thought out. Could stay there a week plus easily with family.

Office chair is not made to hold a larger guy. (280lb)

Location was right off the Interstate, room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was not served on Monday mornings, so I missed out but Cracker Barrel was close by. Unfortunately my room door could not be locked and it was late when I learned that, so I blocked the door with furniture. I reported it to the desk and hopefully the maintenance department addressed it.

The only thing I did not like was the fact that my door had shifted a bit and it could not be locked. If it had been earlier I would have asked for a different room, but I just blocked it with furniture and went to sleep.

The staff at the Fairfield Hotel in Batesville MS was courteous and knowledgeable about the hotel and it surrounding area. The furniture and bedding was comfortable and well maintained. The breakfast could have been better but overall I enjoyed my 3 nihgt stay. I plan to stay at this hotel in the near future. Thanks, L. Myles

everything was great but out of the 3 days we stayed, no one came to clean our room not once. I also wish is was a better variety for breakfast for how much we paid. the waffles were good but too sweet because they added sugar to it which was wired…

The room was nice. We had plenty of room with 2 adults and 2 children. Breakfast had a good selection. All of the staff that we came in contact with were wonderful.

The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned well from the guest before. We only stayed one night, luckily I bring Clorox wipes on any trip so I cleaned it up. The room itself was very clean and nice .I come from a family with a cleaning business so I just noticed many things in the bathroom that had not been cleaned in some time.

The breakfast was light and enough to get you through to lunch. Plenty of choices for kids as well!!!

The only thing that could be improved is the amount of towels in the rooms. I was very pleased with the hotel as a whole!!!

The hotel is nicely decorated and our King room was clean and bed was comfortable. This hotel is located near the highway but we didn't hear any road noise. Because of the pandemic, the breakfast area is blocked off so people can not help themselves to food. The friendly staff is more than helpful to serve and we were offered both hot and cold choices. I feel this hotel is making a true effort to maintain the hotel and make their guests feel welcome and safe. The price we paid for our 1 night stay was reasonable and we will stay again when we travel in the area.

It was a beautiful room. Large tv. Very comfy beds. All updated. Pool was nice. Kind of small but it was just my daughter and I at this time due to Covid. Only a few can be in there. Easy to find. Staff was super nice.

I tried to wash my clothes and it was 3.00 and the washer rook my money. The ataff couldnt do anything for me said I would have to wait on management but we was there for medical procedure and checking out at 6am so I feel the staff should have ability to give money back if vending or laundry takes guest money. Only issue I had with the whole place.
