Beau Rivage Resort & Casino

We liked the lobby area, it’s beautifully decorated. All staff that we communicated with were lovely. We ate at two different restaurants within the hotel and they were great, staff were so chatty and friendly. The pool area was big and very clean :) The fitness centre is massive, good choice of equipment. One of the best fitness centres we have ever been to in a hotel!

The only thing I can complain about is how far it is from parking your car to your hotel room. It says no where online how far you have to go. The only way you will get around this is if you have valet parking right outside the building but even then from checking in to getting to your room it’s such a long walk!!

1st class. Very colorful and inviting. flowers and plants throughout maintained daily. Room smells like a spa. Amazing to walk in to. Most comfortable bed ever! All good is reasonably priced!

The only problem I had is that we are in America and we seem to glorify China with the Chinese new year theme throughout the lobby. China is not our friend. There is a big Asian presence in our country and people like to celebrate the lunar new year because it is a fad but remember those people live in America now! We should put up American theme traditions in our places of business.

The room and restaurants were great. We didn't stay in the hotel much. The panoramic view in our hotel was awesome. Would stay in a room like that again. We enjoyed being able to see all the cars at CTC.

We went to see a band in the bar. It was too small for the amount of people there. We couldn't sit anywhere. It didn't help that so many tables were reserved for no reason. Also, there used to be tables in the middle of the casino by the main bar. We noticed that those were gone. We stayed before and enjoyed hanging out there. We weren't excited to see it was gone. We ended up going elsewhere to have drinks.

The room was nicely decorated and rather large. My room was on a lower floor and overlooked the roof of the adjoining casino space. Not necessarily the best view. The bathroom was very clean and provided a lot of space - a separate shower and garden tub.

The elevators for the parking garage were extremely slow. The hotel has a casino and a very busy theatre. If you leave the property for sightseeing and return after 7pm, you may find it difficult to find parking due to casino and theatre attendance. If you're lucky to find parking, it will take a long time waiting for an elevator. Wait times for the buffet are long.

We loved the location of the property. Our room was very nice. The food was great and the staff was exceptional. I lost me Lacoste jacket and it was in the lost and found area. I was very glad to get that back! Christmas decorations were being put up upon our checkout and they looked fabulous.

I didn’t like the fact that a lot of the restaurants and nightclubs were closed. Either due to Covid 19 or the recent hurricane. I feel like we should have known about that ahead of time.

From when you first lay eyes on this property and until you leave this place the overall feeling is heaven. You and guests will have an aura of ecstasy, even the guests that wasn’t lucky playing the slots still had a smile from ear to ear.

The only thing I didn’t like was 2 of the valet workers, I definitely did not know what I was doing when daughter and I pulled up to check in and apologized profusely for causing a disruption in their very diligent parking skills but they made me feel like a big burden and told me I had 10 minutes to get checked and unload my belongings or my car will be parked by valet which I didn’t want the extra expense due to Beau Rivage large parking garage. Thank goodness for the bellman that helped us out, so very kind and gracious. I again apologized when I came for my car and still no sign or word of kindness from the 2 valet men.

Beautiful place. Kind of a mini Bellagio in Biloxi. Casino and Sports Book is large. We had a great view of the Gulf. Bathroom in room was quiet large and nice.

Smoking in the casino. The Smoke Free area was small and not much for games. The Buffet was closed on Tuesday and Wednesday and Room Food Service was closed Monday and Tuesday. We got there late Monday Evening and Buffet was closed and no room service. There was a Cafe open 24 hrs inside which was really good. In the morning we are at the Waffle House across the street which was actually good. Don’t know if it was construction or room cleaning but there was a lot of banging and very noisy from the room above us in the morning.

The pool area was beautiful and clean. The beds were comfortable and the view was really nice.

I didn’t like that my room didn’t have a microwave so I could heat up my food. I also didn’t like how the food at the pool area was overpriced and cold when it was served to us. We would have eaten it if we had a microwave in our room. I also didn’t like that they no longer have crab legs for their buffet and didn’t notify anyone until we asked.

Very great experience and everybody was friendly and helpful. No discrimination overall good time. I will return back to the Beau Rivage casino resort.

The concert with Patti Labelle and also the Coffee bean shop in the morning. The Snack food was delicious. I really enjoyed myself and the Parking with no extra fee was the most amazing service.

The location and facilities are as good as it gets on the coast. All of the best bar/nightlife is right there or next door at the Hard Rock. They have the only poker room that still has good action. They have great service in every area that we used, including a really nice pool with good food and drinks right there.

The price is pretty high for the Mississippi coast and the check-in was pretty dated. It took near an hour to get through the line and get our room.
