We had to wait longer to check in because the rooms weren’t ready, but I was upgraded to a suite which made up for the wait. I sure they were short on help. They didn’t cut corners and the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was a big disappointment! It’s $9.99 for all you can eat of cereal and 1 fruit. Anything else must be ordered and the price goes up. Ridiculous! Waffle House got all of our breakfast business because it was 100 feet away. Close your kitchen and save the money.

nice property disappointed with the fact that I paid extra and a customer prior to me had a much better rate and wouldn’t goner it. almost 75$ difference and they charged 10$ per person for the continental breakfast.

I liked that it was clean and smoke free. I also liked that it was quiet and the room could be completely dark.

I didn’t like that the rooms were not cleaned daily or at the very least fresh towels delivered daily. I also thought for the price you should have gotten a free breakfast.

Great stay! Beautiful suite with excellent view of the ocean. Extremely clean room (so I guess the wait was worth it). Sheets and pillows were comfortable and the bed was perfect. Enjoyed the jacuzzi too. I didn't want to leave and this suite reminded me how poor I actually am 😂😛😍... Would stay here again!

I did not like to have to wait for check in to the room because it was not ready. Check in was at 3; I arrived at 4 and still had to wait an hour. Hire more housekeeping employees.

I did not like that the rooms were not ready upon arrival. We had to wait a good bit of time for our room. However, they were very accommodating in giving me what I wanted and had previously requested at the time of making my reservation.

we did not eat breakfast grandkids wanted to eat at the waffle house the room were very nice. the view, the extra bathroom, the living area with the kitchen were very nice the Jacuzzi bath tub were super nice

issue with the housekeeping staff leaving their work station without completing their work, causing the guest to have to wait to check in later than check in time. But I understood the issue what went on.

. I requested a coffee pot for our suite the one we had didn't work. I went to the front desk and also spoke with housekeeping never received it.Our couch was uncomfortable and felt like you were sinking down hard to get up when you are senior The pillows were flat and for the amount of money for a room is difficult .Otherwise the view was great and we had a good time.

The room was decent and the location was close to everything.

Well our room was supposed to be ready at 3. It wasn't ready until 2 hours later. So we drove around Mississippi until then. Wasn't offer no discount or nothing. Had nothing to do with housekeeping, our room was given away. Very unprofessional! However, the room was clean.

The staff was nice and friendly, the rooms was clean and spacious. We had a king size. They had printed papers on where to go, things to do, where to eat. That was a nice gesture. We were in walking distance to everything didn't even move the truck until we check out.

The breakfast was not worth it save your money and go to waffle house across the street.

I loved the luxury feel of the hotel but wished it was really beach front. It was misleading as it was more of ship yard view or boat dock view from with partial beach view it promoted.
