Perfect for the start of a day to explore all the sights in the area . Cheryl Walczykowski is in charge of breakfast and my husband calls her “Queen of scrambled eggs “. We have never eaten better scrambled eggs before. She is absolutely lovely. Jocelyn and Tammy at the reception are so welcoming and nice- Thank you all for a wonderful stay ❤️🤗❤️

Everything was perfect . James McLintock is out early morning already taking care of the pool and the water is sparkling clean. He really puts his heart in his job. Thanks James 👍❤️ Please forgive me if I forgot somebody. We love you guys ❤️🥰 I had to write in this column , there was no place elsewhere.

We loves the workers!!!!! Especially Mrs. Shirley or Cheryl! She was they lady over the continental breakfast AND she was also our house keeper! She was absolutely amazing!!!! The other ladies were fantastic and helpful as well!

I loved everything!!!!! If I was a pickey person I would say a switch up in breakfast sometime but the options you guys gave were enough! When we 1st got to the room it did have a weird smell, but that went away after a day or so. Also I travel with a card so it was so problem, but for people that would like to pay in cash it would be difficult to stay there because they do not accept cash at the hotel so that may need to be added to the information before someone pre-book and plans to pay with cash once they get there.

Great location; very clean and pleasant room;friendly staff(especially the breakfast lady from Philly, very personable and friendly);and also the lady I talked to Wednesday night and Thursday. Think she had only worked a few months or so at the hotel but did a Great job. Hotel could use more like those two.

Needs more staff. I didn't have a problem but some guests were trying to check out (or in) and no one was at the desk even after ringing the bell for service. Several times the breakfast lady had to help them. ( A assumed she had been cross-trained on the computer in case she was needed.

Usually, stay here pretty often when I'm visiting the coast. The price is good for the hotel and the location. I love how Tammy made me feel welcomed and got me checked in fast. I also appreciated how she took care of a problem I had with the first room and didn't hesitate to move me to another room. So I give big kudos to I think her name was Ms Tammy. She was short with like streaks of white in her hair and her hair was black. But she was awesome and called me her little trouble maker lol 😆

Just didn't like the sheets on the first bed cause they had a stain on them. Like the ly had been washed, but there was like a stain that I guess wouldn't come out without leaving a mark. So since there was no house keeping. I was moved to another room without any issues. So other than that, I liked everything as usual

Convenient to the interstate, plenty of gas stations and places to eat.

I put on my notes that we were traveling with our puppy. Even told the lady at the front desk we had just traveled across the country to pick her up but she asked me when we walked in if the dog was staying. Lady, what do you think? Apparently she wasn't sure if she charged me the pet fee. Grrrr. Lady I don't know! It's midnight and I'm exhausted. Also, nice how they have a sign saying that if you're a local they require a hundred dollar deposit. Pretty sure I can guess what the locals have been up to. Hope they bleach the sheets.

nice hotel near the beach. pet friendly, good pool. Inexpensive compared to ones directly on the beach.

My only complaint is the online price was much less than at the desk, so the girl made me sit there on my phone to make a reservation. If while looking for a hotel this comes up at say $100, why can't I just go in and pay my $100? Nope, I had to sit there for an hour making an online reservation. In the hotel lobby. The girl was doing nothing. Was pretty frustrating but that's todays world I guess. Also breakfast ends super early on the weekend. 9am I think.

Front desk clerks were very Helpful and nice.Beds were very comfortable rooms were clean.Cleaning staff was amazing.

The Breakfast attendant was extremely rude.she rushed us to finish eating.She did not let us make our own waffles because she said she didn't want to clean up behind the guest.She didn't want African Americans to touch anything in the Breakfast station. My family were so upset how she treated us we never went to Breakfast after the second time we just went out and ate breakfast.She was very disrespectful towards staff and guest.

We chose this location because staying a long the beach was not important since its winter. Very convenient location with easy access to nearby shopping & places to eat. Short drive to the beach. Hotel was clean & comfortable. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Cannot rate breakfast since we slept in both mornings.

It is a pet friendly hotel which I didn't realize but we had no issues. Something to keep in mind if you prefer not to be around any animals. It may be an older building because you could hear when housekeeping cleaned the room above us. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay & definitely recommended.

Excellent service by our housekeeping lady Cheryl Walezykowsky, she constantly asked us if we needed anything, she is just a lovely lady and always smiling. We also want to specially mention Mr. Harold James McClantoc from maintenance. Our TV did not work at our arrival so Mrs Cheryl said she will take care of it. We expected to wait for a while but in 2 Minutes Mr. James came and fixed it! He is also a very friendly person, he had always some nice words for us. Last not least our thanks to Mr. Dipan Patel who went out of his way to print a map for us how to get to a Jeep dealer as our car needed repair . The swimming pool was very clean and I loved to swim every day. We really appreciate the special kindness of this 3 people, as we fled from the hurricane in Florida and every time they saw us they had encouraging words for us. Thank you Cheryl, James and Dipan🥰👍👍👍

The amount of pillows was amazing , haha. Comfortable bed and enough space in the room for two people. Staff was kind and though i didn’t bring mine, i liked that pets were allowed. good hotel that i’ll probably stay at again.

I don’t get why you can rent a room at 18 but can’t use the pool unless you’re 21 or accompanied by a 21 y/o. Also, the pool was green … I feel that- how it was mid-summer- it should have been exceptionally clean. I expected more from the fitness center and didn’t like how one machine was a 3-in-1 and that it was controlled by one set of weights. Also, the elevator sounds scary lol.
