Location, perfect right off 55. The rooms have been remodeled and didn't have a musty odor. Great deal for the price.

The computer at the "business center" did not work. The iron in our room didn't work, we asked the clerk if we could get another iron. He stated he checked a few and they didn't work either. We asked if he could get one from another room, he said the rooms were all booked for the night. I went online to reserve a room and there were over a dozens room available and there were only 6 cars in the whole parking lot!! So he straight out lied to us about being booked, this was on the night of June 8th. We had an important event the next day and my husband needed a shirt ironed. We ended up going to Walmart to buy one!!!

Room was clean and quiet

Myself and 4 other parties waited over 15 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check us in. There was no one anywhere in site. The desk phone kept ringing but no one answered it, When the man finally showed up he didn’t speak, kept a cell phone to his ear & just pointed to what he wanted from us or to do. Next morning a nice man was there for check out but the other man was still there also

Booked ahead of time for a family reunion. The price was great. Beds are EXTREMELY comfortable and shower water pressure gave for a great shower! Spacious bathroom and sleeping area. They actually have movie channels which was a plus. I didn’t get to eat the breakfast because I over slept… Also, they are pet friendly. Staff was very friendly and accommodating at all hours of the night. I would highly recommend this hotel. I will be staying here again.

Didn’t like the fact all the food places surrounding the area closed at midnight. So, if you want food at a late hour plan ahead or plan to take a drive.

I visit annually and this is the only Hotel I choose. Always great customer service.

All accommodations were what I needed for my visit.

Bathtub was sort of peeling and there was no transition from the tile to the carpet. Should have had hair conditioners, iron and ironing board.

The Staff was absolutely fantastic! After traveling long hours in the rain, it was quite nice to be greeted by wonderful customer service.

Renovating and we were not told upon booking. Love the Continental Breakfast, but options had NO fresh fruit or hot waffles. The stentch of dog when walking past certain rooms.

Breakfast was a bit disapointing . Bread was stale. waffle maker was broken. Microwave broken also.

I like how clean it was and it’s being monitor around the clock. I constantly kept seeing someone clean, straighten up, and was always around. The staff was great.

The only thing I didn’t like was our room. The handicap room wasn’t in my request. I requested king suite but not handicap. The shower and bathroom just didn’t sit well with my husband and I.

Used as a half way point between New Orleans and Memphis; easy to find from the highway with plenty of parking. Breakfast was okay. Complimentary Wi-Fi was very good.
