What I liked, was the property was in a nice area. Even though, it was still about hour out from the event I was attending. Further, when you walk in the door, it smells very clean, the layout of the common area was well thought out, and up to date. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Moreover, the breakfast was good and good options on food choices. There were plenty of parking and close to the property. I got a good night's rest and I would stay here again.

It would have been better if it were closer to my event. It was a long hard drive coming back, later at night. Also, the breakfast was good. But, it would be even better, if it were complimentary.

A quick getaway for the Memorial Day weekend for my girlfriend and I to cycle on the trace and the Ridgeland multi-use trail. Upon arrival the grounds were very nice with blooming plants, etc. The staff was amazing. Everyone greeted us coming and going. All of the girls at the front desk were great to deal with. Always smiling, talkative and extremely helpful. We ate breakfast onsite the two mornings we were there. Our room was very clean and fresh. Plenty of towels and the A/C will freeze the room. Bathroom was extremely clean. Food was very good and the staff was polite and always helpful. Can walk across the wooden bridge to a few places to dine and a grocery store is less than 5 min away (behind the hotel) Be sure to request a room that faces the water. When we checked out, all staff that was there (we saw them throughout our stay) wished us a safe trip home and please come back again. We will be staying here again in the fall of 2022. Highly recommend this location.

Everything met or exceeded our expectations. Staff and facility were great. Nothing we saw needed any real attention. Odd these days but this hotel has their priorities in order.

The hotel was nice, clean, and a good price. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I reserved 9 rooms for a group of 25. The rooms were not cleaned and ready for us to occupy when we arrived at check-in time. Our group waited in the lobby causing us to have to change our schedule. Some rooms were not ready when we had to leave for our event at 6pm.

the location was amazing. the lake and bridge made for great photo opportunities. the walking path was beautiful. and the connected restaurant was delicious and so convenient.

the only issue we had was no shower curtain upon arrival but it was handled very quickly

W did not eat either day there. I only went through the lobby when I was leaving. spent the time with a family gathering and only slept andt the hotel

Wasn't there much so not really anything to say. I did notice that the rooms seemed to be quiet next door and such. That was good

A/C was very noisy, and the landline phone was beeping, indicating low battery. So the night was not a restful one.

I have health issues with special needs and they were all meet. Quinn is amazing at his job and goes above and beyond to insure my safety and that I'm comfortable. The whole staff there is great! This is our 3rd stay and the only place we will stay when in Mississippi!

Very clean and well maintained. It was a lovely setting in a nice area and I would most definitely stay here again without hesitation!! Everyone was very nice and I was able to do the mobile app check in and check out process as well as the mobile key which made me feel more at ease as I get anxiety around people.

I loved everything, there was honestly not one single thing I did not like.

Most people enjoy pillow soft beds and pillows. My sciatica doesn’t. Only a personal complaint and nothing against the hotel!
