The room was big and cozy. The kickback was really great! Breakfast staff very friendly and helpful. The staff continued to wipe down areas and refilled any items that were low. The bed was big and very comfortable.

We couldn’t find a switch to turn on the fan in the restroom. This was really weird, but was really weird. Elevators were very slow. Their didn’t seem to be enough cover on the bed. It just looked like a top sheet and flat sheet only. We had to turn the air up because we got cold. We didn’t call the front desk to inquire about a blanket or anything since we could control the air, but in the past we had more cover.

The room was much bigger than I realized, very clean, had an amazing breakfast…definitely the best value hotel we’ve stayed at. We’ve paid more at other hotels for 1/2 the quality and service at Drury. I highly recommend and we would definitely stay again.

The only very small gripe I had was that we had a late check in, around midnight, since we were traveling and the front doors were locked, which I totally understand. I tried using the guest service phone to ring the front desk with no answer, called from my cell phone with no answer and after about 10 minutes the night clerk came to the lobby and got us checked in. He was friendly though and got us taken care of quickly.

My 1st visit to a Drury property. Staff: All staff encountered was pleasant & courteous. Room: Upper Floor was cleaned & the smell of freshness remained from check in to check out. Elevator: Operational the entire stay. Food Pantry: Items for purchase. Fully stocked. Clean & organized. Breakfast: Many options. Area kept clean & organized. (There was a gentleman staff working the Breakfast and his entire vibe was welcoming, vibrant and respectful to all). Dinner: Offered to guest (buffet style from 5pm to 7pm). Didnt participate but saw many guest did. Pool: Didn't use only saw through window while using ice machine. Can only confirm, there is a pool at this location. Parking: Size/decent for hotel size. Sufficient exterior lighting. Wifi: Didn't use.

Very clean and friendly. Check in and out was easy. All employees very friendly and helpful. We always stay at Drury when we can. We even go out of our way to stay at one. Would definitely stay again.

This Drury is right by a busy street and intersection. First time we stayed on the side by the road and it was very noisy even with a fan. Second time we stayed there we asked for room on the other side of hotel and was very quiet.

The pool was good. The hotel was clean. The breakfast and dinner were well stocked. The glass elevator is pretty cool.

The rooms were a bit smaller and felt claustrophobic as you entered. The ceilings were a bit low on some areas of the hotel. I would have preferred both elevators next to each other. The hotel was busy and it was difficult to keep track of which elevator would help us get places more quickly. The dining area was a bit small for a fully booked hotel.

great hotel, we especially like the fact that once we arrive we do not have to leave for anything. The dinner with adult beverages is spot on for those of us who have been driving all day and great rooms for getting that much needed sleep and to top it off with a hot breakfast before you continue your travels. Drury is by FAR our most favorite hotel. The ONLY reason we ever stay in another hotel is that a Drury doesn’t exist in that area.

Beds were very comfortable room was a decent size. I also enjoyed the buffet styled food compared to others. A lot of hotels have served food that would normally be warm, cold.

Another elevator would have been nice but it was just very busy when we went plus I think it was a bad time to show up. So nothing really against the stay itself it was just very crowded in the lobby with big enough elevators.

I had some issues with the maintenance of the room. However the manager did an exceptional job correcting it immediately and even compensated for the added problem. Room was spotless and crue was also excellent.

Unsupervised small children took over the pool and hot tub area. We opted to skip them with all the activity there. It was not really the managers fault, however someone should have been in charge and controlled the situation. I normally don't need to pay $50 damage fee up front which seemed strange. I guess it was the area and clients that frequent the hotel.

I like the price was under $200 I even got $50 back on my card after check out Loved the kick back with drinks and food. Loved that your pool is open all year. In Jackson we don't have any of those hotels that do any of that. And especially your cleaning , please consider opening up Jackson Tn.

I would love to see Drury inn and suites open up in Jackson Tn. Some areas to consider is fe wright area Or columns area Vann Dr area.

The weekday social was wonderful. The food and beverages were fantastic. The staff was helpful and kind. The facility was clean. Parking was easy.

I think we came through during a children's event in town because too many guests with children were running in the halls and at the pool. Not comfortable for adult travelers with no children.
