It was in a good location. Close to a lot of the shopping malls, restaurants and the Landers Center for the Venue we where visiting.

There was a large black hair in the med when we unmade the bed. I’m a ginger and my wife’s blonde. It was 2 am when we got back from our venue and noticed it so we just hoped it was from the cleaning personnel. 3rd floor also had a foul odor. I believe it may of been from the dog that was barking in a close by room. Pillows also are not the best, left me with a sore neck. Also it would be nice if the TVs allowed you to sign into your streaming services.

Walking distance to many good restaurants. Fitness facility was good. Room was very nice. Fridge & microwave.

Hotel was a little difficult to find. Breakfast was very confusing. It was to be complementary but when I entered the restaurant area, a waitress asked if I wanted a hot breakfast. I did but was then given a menu with steep prices. I opted to go with just the continental breakfast. I was then given a bill for $8. Turns out the voucher I was given under my door was good for the continental breakfast. But all this was somewhat confusing. Then, while I was retrieving a bagel I was toasting, the waitress thought I had left and had taken away the other items I had on my table. I just wish she had been more helpful. Seemed like she assumed everyone knew how breakfast worked.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff were polite very welcoming and eager to help. I would suggest this hotel for business traveler's. It's set up physically and financially for business not much for vacationers. The complimentary breakfast should be a hot meal not just cold fruit, bagels or toast. I expected a meal like the Comfort Suites down the road have. I like that there is a small restaurant of sorts within the hotel. They served really good food. If it weren't for the high price per night I would give it a 10 but the cost of a room ($240) doesn't get you much but a bed to sleep in otherwise nice & quiet & centrally located

Hot Breakfast wasn't included only cold food, like cereal, fruit bagel etc. The hot tub was not working nor could I get help with it as to why..

The location is amazing! super close to (a lot) shopping, restaurants and attractions. The staff is very friendly and the food in the restaurant is excellent!

The doors to the pool area were messed up and weren’t fixed for our entire stay. Also, the hot tub needed to be cleaned out.

Everything Your Check in Clerks were Exceptional!!!! Especially the clerk that checked Me In, SHE WAS AMAZING!!!

Customer Service is Key and Your Bar Tenders that work the bar( one had braids and the other one had on a wet and wavy wig) are not it!!! Their Customer Service to me was a 2 on a scale from 1-10.

Hilton and Booking.com dropped the ball on a schedule change that left me with no room. I had to reschedule while in the lobby and got charged more for the room, after driving for 12 hours. Then, I got charged for the night I changed from and a night in Amarillo at the same time. It was not a pleasant experience.

didn't partake in breakfast but the check out person was extremely personable and comforting. I appreciated his verbal engagement as I checked out. He made me want to use this as my destination my next trip up.

Meals were good. Prices were fair.

2nd floor hall floor had the same trash on the floor all three days. It looked like kernels of corn. We asked that the room be cleaned and towels were hung so they shouldn't have been changed. Room was not cleaned, new towels were left stacked on the cabinet under the tv. Three people in the room only two towels.

My mom needed a place to stay because of the power outage in Memphis. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. They even made her coffee as she couldn't work the machine.

Location was great. Room was great. Staff was great. Pool was great.

Hot tub was up and running, felt very good. It needed a skim job. If one was available pool side, I would have done it. But, not a show stopper, enjoyed the tub.
