We didn't eat breakfast. We slept in until 10, as we had showered and packed back up the night before.

When we were leaving there was a man at the entrance, I don't know where he was supposed to be working. He was talking to a policeman when we went outside. My husband brought our car around so we could load it. I know he was there speaking to the policeman for at least 10 minutes. They didn't move, so we had to back out. I have a picture if you need it. To prove what I said, but I also know that you have 4 cameras in the area too. We had no problems other than that. The man at the front desk was very nice and professional when we checked in. Another man was there when we checked out, and he was pleasant as well. We were given 2 bottles of water so we could brush our teeth due to the water boil mandate that was out when we arrived. It was appreciated they they thought of that for us.

The gym is well equipped - better than most. The room is comfortable and spacious. The staff is kind and takes the time to greet you. They keep the place clean. The location is very convenient for hospitals. Pretty roses in bloom around the property.

The breakfast options aren't as good as they used to be. Only cereal selection are children's favorites. Have not seen crossiants for a while. No strawberries, blueberries, walnuts, or other waffle toppings any more. Only milk is whole milk - would like to see low fat milk and low fat chocolate milk. The signage says they have evening reception on Mon-Wed, but it does not happen on those days.

My room was big and spotless. I had to check in at 2 in the morning and even though they only had check-in until midnight they waited for me. They even called me around 11 pm to see if I was okay and still coming. That was really kind of them. The girl at the reception was nice and friendly. She offered me a late checkout since I arrived so late so I could catch up on sleep. Overall I had an amazing stay. Also, the free private parking made a difference in terms of safety.

Great location, great breakfast and coffee, very quiet and comfortable.

Friendly and helpful staff. We forgot our daughter's booster seat for eating, and the hotel held onto it until we returned a few days later. The one staff member even offered to help my husband with getting the luggage to our room. They have a great outdoor area with a pool, connect four, and an area for mini golf putting. Our daughter told us this was her favorite part of vacation. It is also a short drive away from the Mississippi Children's Museum and Mississippi Museum of Natural Science. Really good food and gym as well. I'd definitely stay here again.

Clean, safe, staff was awesome! In lovely little art district with wonderful restaurants!

A few days after Hurricane Ida hit we were trying to get out of the impacted area for a couple days during the heatwave for the safety of ourselves and our pets. I had originally booked through booking.com and spoke with a representative both from Booking and the hotel to confirm that everything was in place for our check in the next day. We had already loaded the car, wrangled the pets, and were just beginning our drive when I received a call from one of the hotel managers with an issue. They informed me they were unable to locate my reservation for that day and that many places were very overbooked due to the disaster. I explained that we had already loaded up and left and explained that I had spoken with everyone the night before to make sure we were all good. The manager took the time to help figure out what we could do and assured me that we WOULD have a room upon arrival-- explaining that this would be one less thing we'd have to worry about since we had a terrible week with the storm. She was kind, sympathetic, and went above and beyond to get the glitch sorted so that we would still be able to check in that day. Upon arrival, all of the staff were wonderful and did an amazing job of making sure we were safe and well taken care of. The room was very large, accommodating of pets, and the facilities were so very helpful given the lack of electricity at our home. We were able to do laundry on site, get a good night's rest, and get our pets out of the 100+ degrees we left behind in New Orleans. Even though there was an issue in the beginning (which has to be expected given the number of evacuees flooding the area from the storm) it was a wonderful experience and should we ever need to evacuate again, this hotel will be first on my list in the Jackson area.

Nothing. Everything was satisfactory!

Now your precious was terrible . Let’s start with the drink the apple juice and orange juice and milk was all sour; the Sausage was burn.l would say it looked like your staff didn’t care about the breakfast.

They only problem I had was the breakfast;i loved your room and the shower was great;Loved the kitchen.I Loved and enjoyed my stay.

we very much enjoyed the spacious room with kitchenette. The bed was very comfortable and the room had great spaces for our open suitcases.

The shower head was too high for me to reach and adjust it and the water pressure wasn’t very strong. There were 2 large groups at the hotel. when we came down for breakfast one hour before it closed, there was very little food left. Jay accommodated us as well as he could.

I liked that the hotel had security cameras in use. I felt safe in this area and overall the hotel was very nice.

There were a few specks/scrapes in the bottom of the tub. There was also a hole in the closet where maybe a socket used to be. This are small things but noticeable.
