We loved the professionalism and the friendliness of all the staff from check in to check out! Our room was very clean, comfortable, and smelled great! The bed was very comfortable and we really appreciated the white linen and white comforter on the bed. It really made us feel at ease knowing the bedding was clean with no hidden stains. We also enjoyed the hot breakfast and all the other amenities you had to offer us. ... and the gated parking was also a plus! Thank you for making our stay a great one! See you again soon!

As with many nice properties there were no grab bars in the tub/shower. For an older person the slick tub floor can be a fall hazard. This was my only complaint.

We needed a place to stay for 1 night close to major highway (no local sightseeing), just getting right back on the road. The hotel was fine for this.
Surprised to find a fence around the hotel parking lot requiring a code to get in. Realize it's there to prevent thefts, so ultimately good. The rear sidewalk next to the pool is pretty narrow for entering and exiting the hotel building, particularly with luggage. We were early, but on time for breakfast and there wasn't much there.

Safety first here! Your car is locked behind gates it’s extremely clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly! Rooms where top notch best beds very luxurious for a BW!
The deposit was not mentioned prior to arrival but was immediately released!

We booked at the Best Western as our originally booked hotel called to inform us that they had no hot water. We were very happy with our accommodations at Best Western. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. We liked the gated security fence for our car. We wanted to be close the to Mississippi Civil Rights Museum and the museum was only a fifteen minute walk.
With Covid, of course, breakfasts aren't what they used to be in hotels but we are OK with it considering the pandemic situation.

I loved everything. Staff was amazing. Very nice and genuine. The lady cooking our breakfast was wonderful. I would definitely stay again.
The only bummer was the pool was closed. Due to the Corona. Everything else was perfect.
