Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Flowood

Value for price paid. Safe location. Good curb appeal. Helpful staff. Calm place. No drama. A little breakfast available which I need before taking morning meds. Nice large room refrigerator. Decaf coffee was available for in room use which is rare at economy hotels. Convenient and plentiful electric outlets.

No newspaper available either in dining room or in a rack for purchase. Mattress was acceptable but not great. Bed covering and blanket looked a bit worn.

Staff and room was excellent. Rooms remind me of a studio apartment. Staff were nice. Great porch for smoking and relaxing. Breakfast was ok. Not much there to my liking but it was laid out nicely and pretty good coffee (Community). Will stay there again. Oh, and room was clean. I was surprised about shower curtain was clean. Most places they are not.

Mattress was very firm, again to my likings. And the soap, lotion and shampoo wasn't my cup of tea, but at least they supplied them.

Very nice and safe. Had to find here because one we originally went to was terrifying to be honest. Haha. The staff was so nice here. It was comfortable 😌

poor, had waffle mix in a flea control botte with waffle mix covering most of label, no eggs just a big piece of tasteless sausage, biscuit, waffle and cereal;, no butter for waffle, ewtc

good breakfast , staff you can understand, they are from another country, which is fine, but we could not understand them, kept saying, what.what. internet was not working for longest, finally a gentleman came up to the room after perhaps 2 1/2 hrs and looked at what computer saidm went out, called in ab 30 min and web was up

I like the size of the rooms. The price is excellent and the hotel is centrally located from everywhere. My family and I stay there on weekends due to my job.

The beds are a little hard for my taste and the pillows are a little thin. The facility is a little dated and in need of modernization. I believe the facility needs some tlc.

Breakfast was over to quick, 9am is a little soon. So I missed breakfast. I like the location of the hotel, near everything I need to get breakfast. Also gas stations are convenient.

Serve breakfast at least until 9:30 or 10am

Room was large. They actually had a coffee maker with a 4-cup pot and good coffee! Very well appointed!

Location, WiFi, the visitor, big rooms and big beds for a great price!! Food restaurant EVERYWHERE!

The lady at the desk said stop booking my hotels through the app to call through to the hotel to get my room booked. She was saying something about she’s not getting her money on time! I have no idea what she was talking about or what she meant. I will still be using booking.com or even Priceline both great apps. Priceline sometimes had the best offers for me and my budget.

I wish my room was on the first floor since I have health issues but it was fine.

It’s very clean and quiet! The beds are very comfortable! I am a smoker and I could set on the front porch in the rockers they provide and smoke.
