The entire place was so clean. As soon as you walk in you could smell that the staff had been cleaning. Our room was really nice and the bed was slightly firm but was so comfortable to me!! The breakfast was actually seasoned and we enjoyed it. We were visiting for an event at the Coliseum and the location was great. Directly across the road from the side entrance gate. Can't wait to visit again.

Everything exceeded my expectations, but on a very minor level the only thing I could even find that I could say anything on was the hot chocolate station was out most of the time. Like I said minor, but maybe just for a fyi.

The check in staff were very friendly and accomodating. We got to breakfast the last hour and some things had been all eaten, like bagels, chocolate waffle mix and bananas, but what was still available was good. The breakfast lady was very nice, too.

When we arrived, our room door was propped open and someone had used the bathroom and had not flushed which is how we knew the bathroom had been used. I went back down to make sure noone was checked into that room. So that was weird, disturbing and gross. There is no water spout or place to get water. Like at other hotels, the ice machine will have a water spout or there is water available in the lobby area with the tea and coffee makings.

The location was good but the sat nav takes you to the wrong address I had in car and tom-tom both took me to wrong location.A local told me the directions but said I had the right postcode but it covered a new build area and was a common problem for delivery trucks. But once we found it it was a good location and hotel was fine. We set off early next morning so didn't get much chance to explore what the hotel had to offer but there was plenty of food outlets around.

Nice quiet and clean hotel. Easy to reach just off the I55. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was adequate. Never used the pool, but it looked good. Hotel is situated near a variety of fast-food restaurants and close to downtown Jackson (Capitol Building etc).

Very minor gripe of the car being coated in dust due to the demolition adjacent to Hotel car Park.

Theresa at the front desk is always awesome. My son is a freshman@JSU in the band so I stay there when I come in and I love the hotel and the customer service. I kinda get upset when I have to stay elsewhere when I'm in Mississippi because this is my 1st choice

Located about a 20 minute walk to downtown Jackson. Bright, spacious and air rooms. Free breakfast while limited was very pleasant, no a huge selection but acceptable. Staff were friendly and professional. Parking available. Plenty of ammenties around the area.

Breakfast smelled really good...even though we didn't eat there. The room was spacious and the bed slept good!

We had to wait about 30 minutes for our room(s) because they weren't clean/ready when we checked in (past check-in time).

I was impressed with the staff (Antoinette, I believe) and also the cleanliness and size of the King Suite. Other staff were friendly as well. Tremendous value for the price as well.

This was a trip for my son graduation. The convenience was great . The coliseum was literally next door .

I did not like the fact that my booking was for $246.83 but I paid $288.13 . I was told this was a extra charge/hold because they want us to purchase out the store on site for snacks and the extra fees would be released after checkout.

A lovely hotel for a stop over close to the Highway between Memphis and New Orleans. Pool was open. Room was very nice and bed very comfortable. Good to have a gym. Shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was good with a selection of foods.

Unable to fill up water bottles. No cold water at breakfast and no point to get water.
