Concord Quarters

My husband booked Concord Quarters for our tenth anniversary, and when I saw it, I told him, "You did good!" I love historical buildings and houses, and Concord Quarters did not disappoint! Debbie and Gregory were the BEST, and we felt right at home. Breakfast was delish (especially that bacon and muffins!), the rooms were beautifully inviting, the porch relaxing, and Debbie's stories were magnetizing. The history and revitalization of Concord Quarters are ones you will not see or hear anywhere else in Natchez, and if you want to experience ALL of Natchez, staying at Concord Quarters is a must! -Beth

Sleeping in a place steeped in history like this and greeted by the smile and kindness of the hostess was an incredible experience! If I returned to Natchez I would definitely stay here again. Excellent and plentiful breakfast. Large and clean room. Guaranteed privacy. Exceptional host, of indescribable kindness! Large parking in front of the house. Wi-Fi working perfectly. Quite close to the center, moving by car.

There is really nothing negative to report! All perfect.

Our accommodations were beautiful and clean with a very comfortable bed. Not only did we have access to our room, but there were three rooms downstairs for our use. We were the only ones there, so we had the bathroom to ourselves. It was so peaceful inside and outside with a veranda to relax in rocking chairs. This is one of the oldest mansions in Natchez, and it was beautifully decorated with lots of antiques. We didn't use the bath/shower, but the water pressure in the bathroom seemed to be great. Our hosts were wonderful as well as knowledgeable about the area, and the breakfasts were delicious!

This wasn't located close enough to walk to restaurants or sightseeing, but it was fairly close if you had a car like we did. We didn't ask if the bathroom would be shared if there had been more guests, but that would have been awkward for us. The staircase is narrow and steep going up to the room, but it is an old mansion, and that's what staircases were like.

Everything. The hostess and her husband were wonderful, no request was too big or too small. Room is tastefully done as is the whole home.. it is full of historyl Our entire experience was enjoyed and not to be missed. When was the last time anyone had breakfast served on china? Csnnot say enough about this lovely place and its owners. One of the high points of a 30 day cross country trek.

The Concord rates a 10 because of its balance. Beyond its comfort and charm, the property is living history. The Concord serves as a wonderful lens through which to better understand the complex history of Natchez and area. Not your average b and b.

Debby and Gregory are exceptional hosts -- very friendly and concerned about our comfort, great story tellers, and very knowledgable about the history of the building (formerly the servant's quarters of the Spanish governor's plantation) and the area. Very clean and comfortable, and a delicious breakfast. We were welcomed to use the downstairs sitting rooms, only wished we had more time to look at all the books and photographs.

A little far from the historical center of Natchez, but driving there and parking was easy.

The owner Debbie was lovely and very knowledgeable . The house had loads of history and an amazing balcony. We felt totally at home and this was by far one of our best stays on our tour . The bedroom was cool and comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble and we had a great healthy home made breakfast.

We liked everything.

We really liked this unique experience, different from places we usually stay. The only thing we wished is that we'd had more time to explore the grounds and get acquainted with the owners. Steep stairs to the second floor could be prohibitive for some travelers. Beautiful room, comfortable bed, roomy bathroom, great views - we would like to spend more time in Natchez sometime.

It's a bed and breakfast, so not quite like a hotel. The owner/hosts were gracious, wi-fi excellent once we got signed on, and there was nothing other than the steps that detracted from a wonderful stay.

The house was beautiful and the family was amazing! I wish we had a little longer to spending there. The house was full of history not only of the Concord but full of information about Natchez. The family were informative and friendly with suggestions for locations to visit. And the breakfast was delicious.

Honestly it would have to be the Covid issues which is no fault of anyone's. I hope that in the future it would all go away and we could go back to shaking hands and hugging.

The Bed and Breakfast was in a quiet location, not far from downtown. Debbie and Greg were so welcoming, wanted to make sure everything was ok with my stay, the breakfast was excellent! Would stay here again
