The room was fine. Furniture is getting dated but still serviceable. Breakfast was good, Bacon,sausage, scrambled eggs, Biscuits and gravy, all were good. elevators were quick. I would recommend this hotel.

The Checkin desk clerk, seemed to be confused, when I checked in. I had booked in advance with Booking dot com. and had a confirmation number. The lady said she couldn't find the reservation. She gave me a room, and charged more than the amount on the reservation, I told her that, she said tell the girl on the checkout, and she would change it. When I checked out the Lady was very nice, apparently someone with a similar name was given my room, and this was why the confusion. The excess charges were returned back to my credit card.

Absolutely the friendliest service ever from front desk to food and beverage. Excellent price. Great sir conditioning. Room clean. It’s obviously not a fancy resort but excellent for its value. However don’t be mislead. The casino is not attached. You can take a shuttle or drive to it There are no hotels attached to the casino but shuttle service is great. The casino is garbage. I would never go there again. It’s tiny and stuck in mid 1990s. That part was a waste of time and money

The location being on Frontage Rd is excellent as taking this road leads directly to the Vicksburg National Park. It's also adjacent to I20 for easy on and off. The breakfast offered the usual choices; however, nothing could be carried back to your room. The beds were comfy, and the shower was very nice. The room was very clean. Because each room door faces the parking lot, I could park directly in front of my room to unload.

While parking in front of your room is great, it's only great if you have a first floor room. There is no elevator to the 2nd floor. Also, Booking.com as well as the Best Western website states the pet fees range from $20 to $22 per night, per pet. However at checkin, a sign stated it was now $30 per night per pet as of January 1st. I think charging this much is ridiculous as they are not coming in every day to "pet clean" your room so why should a person pay for multiple nights?

View of Mississippi River and our room in the 6th floor. I was glad they had a pool, breakfast buffet, shuttle, microwave, fridge, real plates and silver ware for breakfast, plenty of hot food. The cleaning staff on the 6th floor did a great job. The breakfast buffet and the kitchen staff are fabulous.

No freezer. Could use some more parking spaces. Pool needed vacuumed both days we were there. Of the 4 front desk staff i encountered, my opinion is, only one displayed southern hospitality. , the others did not make me feel welcome and appreciated. However the lady out in the breakfast buffet has plenty has lots of southern hospitality. Like you were having breakfast in her dining room.

Loved the clean room and hotel which was close to everything.

The housekeeping never came to our room to empty trash or provide towels...so I called down to request them on Sunday and the person said she would let them know. When we returned Sunday evening the trash was there and no one provided towels...called them again and she said we would just have to bag up trash as housekeeping was gone and we would have to come down to the front desk for. Also they told us they had a cart to carry in luggage but someone must be using it. Try again later it might be there. It was not there for our entire four days.. Later someone told us they did not have one...

The location was good as it was just off the highway and had a view of the Mississippi River. The hotel was close to restaurants and easy to get in and out. The room had a king bed and a large tv. The beds were soft as were the pillows. Seating was ample with a desk and chair as well as two other chairs with another table which were very nice. Breakfast was very good as the food was hot and enjoyable.

Liked everything except the parking spaces were tight but not awful.

When I checked out, I wanted to store a piece of luggage for about two hours, but the front desk person said no, that they don’t do luggage storage. I’ve never heard of a hotel not doing luggage storage. When I first arrived in Natchez in the morning of this trip, it allowed me to store luggage until it was time to check in. (I didn’t want it to be stolen, as my car would be parked on the street throughout the day.) When I was at this hotel last year, it allowed me to store luggage before check in, and after check out.

Breakfast, nice room. Nice lounge (just couch and chairs) on our floor to spend time with friends outside of the room.

Located several blocks from casino. Complimentary transportation was offered, but they had to go find the driver, so we drove ourself. Front desk was unable to add a day on our stay, and told me to do it myself online. Resulting in the room not being cleaned for our last day. Bar not open due to no bar tender, and no resturant on site.

The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was good.

The thermostat in the room didn't work properly. Your kitchen cook hollering at a fellow teammate in front of customers. Then, griping to the customer. Throwing pans around. Totally uncalled for. I wanted to call her out on it in front of everyone and embarass her as she had done but, i knew it would have embarrassed the fellow employee more. I spoke with the other employee and gave her a hug.

I loved the pool and the breakfast. The breakfast was everything.

They had two older gentleman. One I think was a security guard and one was probably a maintenance or housekeeping. When I asked for help about where to locate towels the security guard told me hold on and continued his conversation with the other gentleman I stood there for about 10 mins or so before walking to the front desk. It was more so your security guard Very unwelcoming.
