Fairfield Inn & Suites Memphis Olive Branch

Finding the location of the hotel is easy. Hot breakfast, egg, scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, coffee, muffins, yogurt, milk. I liked the spacious bathroom, there is a bath, a good stationary shower and a shower with a flexible hose. Good bed linen and towels. You can open the window a little. There is a refrigerator, which was useful to us. Ice in the corridor.

As a wish, service the air conditioner filter more often. My husband knows how to do it and of course he did it in our room, but this is the task of the hotel.

The facilities are so nice, and our rooms are always comfortable and spacious. We have always had excellent customer service whenever we have stayed here. The front desk is consistently polite and so sweet when it comes to checking in. The kitchen workers constantly check on the breakfast in the morning to make sure nothing has run out. It is conveniently located to all of our needs when we come to the Memphis metro area, and is located in a quiet, safe area. We will be coming back to the area early next year, and I’ll definitely book here again!

What DIDN'T we like!! Out of our recent 5 day, 3k mile business trip from Florida, this was the most pleasant stop. Seriously, I'm not one to just dote on a company usually but they nailed it in the hospitality world, other hotels take note. Thank you to Sheena (I believe I got that) at the Front desk, hilarious and welcoming! Patsy at breakfast was so sweet and attentive. It felt like you were in her kitchen at home! Immaculately placed goodies all over, and everything was delicious & warm. 🤗 You both were so sweet and stood out enough that we all even remembered your names. We had a king suite with pullout couch, everything was SPOTLESS! The couch had extra bedding, pillows, sheets, and it was definitely fresh. Clean bathroom, spacious divided room, the TV welcomed us by name on the screen (the kids like that). The room was absolutely perfect! To management: You have the most perfect running hotel we have seen in the last YEAR!! I hope this is from happy staff and good moral, because it seems that way. 😉 PLEASE TREAT THEM WELL, they are nailing it in every department as are you! 🙏 🙌

That we couldn't stay longer....

hotel was clean, carpets seemed new. beds were clean and comfortable. room didn't have any offensive odors. staff was friendly and very helpful.

only complaint was that the iron had black sticky stuff on it and I didn't realize that before I used it and it damaged my outfit. I left the iron out and a note for housekeeping to clean it before putting it up, in hopes the next guest didn't have the same experience.

The breakfast was very good with a great variety of food and drinks.

There were clothes behind the dresser from a previous guest but the room was very clean with that exception. Also, the pool is very small and just 3-4-5 feet deep which was fine for the kids with me but would be disappointing for older kids and a crowd. The only ice machine was located on 2nd floor.

The breakfast was awesome hot none of the food was called Everything was hot at the right temperature the cleanliness the hospitality was lovely and I will always be a customer of Fairfield looking to come back soon whatever I asked or need they make sure that I was able to get it it was very quiet and peaceful and I felt very safe and comfortable there

Everything was up was well I can't think of anything right now but just keep up the good work

The room was much nicer and comfier than i expected. The staff were also very delightful and helpful. Overall it was much better than my previous experience with my event’s hotel and cheaper too.

I really don’t have anything bad to say about this Fairfield hotel. Maybe the breakfast was sparser than it could’ve been but i think some of that is covid’s after-effects.

The staff was very courteous, and the hot breakfast was great. Clean room and the location was fantastic.

Bed felt like a spring was digging into my back causing me to wake up with back pain each morning. The mattress needs to be upgraded.

We were there for the World Series so of course our boys were very wild. But they were very layed back and let everyone have fun. It was a great stay and time. Everyone had a great time at the pool.

The ice make struggled to work every now and then but nothing to bad to be concerned about.

clean, great location, comfortable, good breakfast, friendly staff, the beds and pillows and even towels are so comfortable! everyone working was so nice and I liked the little market on site for a quick drink and something to eat. would stay here again!
