The customer service was great we were greeted with friendly smiles. The manager appeared to be training a new worker and he was being so thorough about their system and the questions she should ask the customer. Overall it was a very good stay and we will return there.

There was only a top sheet and a thin blanket on the bed. I realize it was warmer weather but we like a little thicker blanket on the bed. We had to go to the local Walmart and buy an extra blanket.

I enjoyed my stay. I arrived later than planned(7:30PM) The front desk clerk was friendly however didn’t give good directions to the elevator(she said just go around either way it makes a circle🙄). Very easy check-in and out experience. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and looked just like the photos online. The headboard lights on each side of the bed was a good addition.

The elevator wasn’t close to the front desk like most hotels. There were several bags of trash in the hallway on the floor my room was on. Several guests were noisy running in the hallway and slamming doors, but around 10PM the noise stopped.

The location to Memphis was great. Lots of places to eat around the hotel. Also very quite. Staff were very friendly and the beds were so comfortable

The bathroom in our room needed lots of repair. The tub/shower had 2 cracks that they had tried to repair. Under the soap shelf it was stained with what looked like mold. It didn’t come off so it was stained not fresh. The plugs in the room were sketchy. I was afraid to plug in the dryer in bathroom outlet and one of the outlets in the bedroom didn’t work. The decor was very outdated and worn. Around the edge of the bathroom was dirty. Overall the stay was good and for the price I would stay again maybe. I just couldn’t take a shower in that bathroom. Oh yeah the toilet barely flushed each time. They were doing some work so maybe they are remodeling.

I reserved this reservation on Booking.com. It was easy to reserve. I asked for an early check in and was granted it. The hotel staff was friendly and check in was nice and brief.

The shower curtain smelled like mildew(urine). I sprayed it with cleaning supplies.

We stay at this location when we go and visit family. We like the location and staff is phenomenal, they were updating which we hadn't visit in a few years but the updating didn't affect the family. We will be back to stay,see you all soon.
